  1. I'm working on my second million since I missed the first
  2. And this arrived today after a slight problem with the USPS, you could've knocked me over with a feather when the Tallahassee Postmaster didn't reply to the email I sent about my problem ( absolutely NO delivery date, hung up in the Tallahassee PO's clusterdub, just sitting there) she CALLED me, I explained to her the problem, & previous problems I've had with the Tallahassee PO. I sent her the tracking # in the email & she tracked it down after lighting some fires under tails, & informed me that it passed over the scanner at 4 pm I think it was & would be delivered in the morning.. WOW.. She also told me to email her when it arrives if I don't by the end of the day there will be a major problem with the branch PO, she started as a letter carrier & worked her way up, 20+yrs worth.. This is all over the major clusterdub that the Tally PO's were, my congressman got involved, people got fired & some got promoted, but it's alot better! Anyways, todays shipment from Hobbylinc. The Hudson's gonna be first.. The Moebius kits are addictive LOL..
  3. This year has been terrible for rodents, these little demons damaged our car to the tune of almost $1700 in damage, luckily our insurance covered it..... I've had to pull my dog off of these things more then once this year....
  4. Finding out from the USPS that my latest order from Hobbylinc will be running late as far as delivery, HUH??? It's in Tallahassee , sitting at the frigging post office, these people are incompetent buffoons... OH yeah, I still haven't gotten a delivery date... What a bunch of BS, I sent the postmaster in Tally a really nice email informing her that if I don't get some action SOON, my congressman will be hearing about this problem AGAIN...
  5. Well according to USPS informed delivery my package from Hobbylinc arrived YESTERDAY evening in Tallahassee, & it's STILL sitting there & still NO delivery date, this is beyond ridiculous, this is UNBELIEVABLE, I don't know whether its laziness, stupidity, or just don't care or all 3, but I'm sick of it! This level of incompetence totally , completely P!$$#$ me off, this UNREAL....
  6. Wow, where do you live? Here in N.FL. we have doubts that they can read a Calander, Jacksonville's just as bad, the supervisor there is a complete imbecile, a friggin robot..
  7. Yeah they did it again, my latest order shipped wed. from Hobbylinc in Brazelton Ga. hung around that PO for a day then ended up in Greensboro NC? Coming from Ga. to FL. should be a few days at most, oh yeah it's probably on its way to Jacksonville where another clusterdub awaits, I expect it Monday 9th, possibly Tuesday 10th.. I have no real idea since there is no delivery date, I hate the USPS, I have never seen a more incompetant, lazy, don't give flying doo-dah attitude in a bussiness, that last so called director really screwed things up! UPDATE ! Yeah its in Jacksonville which is a wonderland of incompetence, still no delivery date...
  8. Yep, I remember them seen several on static display when I was in the USAF in the late 70's..
  9. Built oob, paint is Behr Premium Met. Red rattlecan, NO clear... I used the stock air filters..
  10. Thanks , I love them, they cover nice with little to no grief & aggravation, high humidity doesn't seem to badly affect it.. I need to check out the selection next time I go to Home Depot..
  11. One of the fantastic AMT kits from the late 90's early 2000's... Paint is Behr Premium Metallic Red, rattlecan... No clear, just paint....
  12. Thanks folks, if i was to build another one there would be changes made, especially with the fender mounts/hood..
  13. 53 Hudson Hornet is done, I could picture a High Schooler in the 50's-60's driving one like this, maybe a hand me down from a very cool uncle with new paint, it would look right at home hanging out at the local drive in, I bet you could fit 2or3 people in that trunk too lol....
  14. Thanks. Mostly stock, but customized, think teenagers first car handed down from an uncle... Here she is after the McGuires treatment...
  15. Built oob with Rusoleum Real Orange over Duplicolor White Lacquer, aluminum exhaust tips..
  16. Paint is Testors Extreme Lacquer..
  17. She's gone... Admin please remove this topic, thanks..
  18. Thanks folks.. The more I think about it the more I'm going to look for decals instead of photoetch, I have zero experience with PE & I'm no spring chicken anymore, the eyes aint as sharp & I don't want to screw up the paint job.. Anyhow , engine's done & installed.
  19. My options are open..Model Car Garage eh? I'll have to check them out when I can be OK with spending the price of a kit on detail parts.. That won't be til next month, being on a fixed income sucks.. Anyways she's coming along nicely, I love the Buick factory wheels, I had them on my LeSabre.. Yeah, those wheels look pretty good on the stance mockup pics...
  20. Beautiful pupup, she's having her best life...
  21. This will be built as a Skylark GS as opposed to a GSX.. Paint is Duplicolor GM Med. Quasar Blue. Met. ..Revell really needs to add the Skylark decals to the kit sheet.. WE had some unexpected expenses this month so I'll be ordering the Skylark decals next month, being retired on a fixed income sucks with only so much in my budget for plastic.
