  1. Glad you save it! Since is a Rally car, maybe you should paint it in "action" with dust etc...
  2. Sweet project! I would like to have it 1/1!
  3. Rolling chassis.
  4. Thank you Danny!
  5. Sorry to heard that! Are you able to save something out of it?
  6. Looking good! That green loos beautiful to!
  7. Thank you to confirm about those extra pieces. The season four under the dashboard, where the TV is, has a mini disc reader, at least the piece look like so. Another thing that is different during the season is the center console, where all the buttons are. I think Aoshima used for reference the K.I.T.T. that was displayed at Universal Studios, because on the under body and body there is printed Universal Studios license. I would like the Super Pursuit mode kit too, that' is very cool! When I was looking a the instructions, on the first page there is pictures of the different K.I.T.T., also the convertible one, but I think those are from the movie, not kit. I was able to paint and assemble the wheels yesterday.
  8. I bough the scanner with the kit on a online store. The scanner is also made by Aoshima. On the chassis of the kit there are all the mounts and screws holes for the scanner. Agree the scanner is a must have for this kit, since it was one of the major part of the car. Cool! They are pretty good kit. The wheels are beautiful and few flash almost none. On this kit, the season four they give you two small piece that probably are used on another season and also a steering wheels with a hole in the middle. The kit also has working headlight! I'm thinking about a diorama...
  9. During the weekend I was talking with my brother about 80's movie, I carved something 80's and looking at my stash I picked this one. I have it from a few years, also at that time bought the scanner light for the front. It will be out of the box... The underbody painted and completed with exhaust.
  10. Thank you Randy! Thank you Steven! Now is a collection! About the 904, you can also search slot cars, and add the chassis from a kit. Thank you Brian! Thank you Egan!
  11. Thank you Art! I think it is fun do something "different"... I need to print the license plates and it id done. Thanks Andre!:)
  12. Nice! Try to look also on the ebay US, I know that the shipping is more, but maybe you can find some more models. This is is my fourth Porsche kit. I have build this same kit for the owner of the 911 in the middle of the 90's, a Italeri 911 convertible, Janis Joplin 356, and now this one. Thank you Tommy! thank for the tip too. I painted all. The 911 is almost done, needs license plates, that I don't remember the numbers but I ask my brother, he should have the photos of the car, if not he can ask the sister of the owner the license plate numbers.
  13. Thank you Steven! You can start a mono theme collection then.

    Thank you Ernesto!
  21. Very nice!
  22. Yes he rearended my truck, he was trying to call somebody, and saw me too late... I heard the tires noise, when I look a the mirror I saw him, but nothing I can do... The body shop said that I need a new bumper and tow hitch. His car had the front end gone. When they removed the bumper for the tow truck, the frame was bent too... I guess that was an expensive phone call. The important thing is that nobody got seriously injured, my back is not 100% yet, and I had to go see a doctor, because I was worry that my legs didn't want to move fast like they were before. The doc recommended reab, and time will fix all. The Tamiya GT# is based on the Porsche 996 (aka "the Cheap") so if you want a engine you can look trough the 996s. Thank you! Thank you Dan! Thank you Randy! Thank you Ernesto! Hopeful It is getting done soon. Last weekend I painted and clear coted.
