  1. Rob I am doing the same build. Looking forward to seeing yours. I love the fact guys like Chuck helps build cars like this. The Decals are always a big stumbling block..
  2. Another neat one!
  3. Thanks It is a resin tubbed back half off ebay with the rest being from an AMT Duster kit and Pro Street Super Bee. There is a guy on ebay that sells lots of tubbed chassis, some nicer than other, I do not have a very big chassis selection in the part box so every now and then I pick up Pro Street kits or one of these resin chassis. I used the same chassis but different front end parts on a Mopar Missile Duster that is all resin from Reliable Resin.
  4. I like the look of gloss and Sox & Martin's car looked darn shiny to me . Build them the way you like them!
  5. I wish I would of had different bumpers for the Challenger, I am thinking of getting a resin set to get rid of the little bumper guards. Thanks for the kind words.
  6. Here is a mix of cars that used clear sheets for the glass for windshields and side windows.
  7. I am building a 71 Demon Pro Stocker now. Very nice casting. I use clear .010 evergreen styrene and glue it in with devcon 5 min epoxy for all my windows for resin bodies. Cut it to fit and glue one side than the other.
  8. Very cool idea. Nice work!
  9. PM sent! You just made my day! I am using them on a Competition Resin body and they look like they fit with very little problem. Thank again for making these!
  10. A very touching letter posted by Don Garlits. http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-bin/pub9990327521141.cgi?categoryid=9990439500575&action=viewad&itemid=9990441895375
  11. Very sorry to hear that.
  12. Chuck is the winner! The Sox & Martin hood is nothing like that one.
  13. Top notch product and great service.
  14. Nice work! Love these AWB cars!
  15. You know I love these two!
  16. You are the Man , Chuck! Thanks for the update!
  17. I am waiting on the Billy the Kidd decals to be redone for a project now. For the Rod shop I was going to try and use the Challenger decals and make what I can myself. I saw one set of Carlton decals on ebay about a year ago but have had no luck in finding any or anyone intrested in making them.
  18. I have two resin Demons in the works now, Go figure.
  19. Nice work! One of my all time favorites cars.
  20. Looks like this one is on a lot of our benches very cool.
  21. Very nice indeed!
  22. I have no use for nascar. To each thier own.
  23. The Ramchargers AWB had a water pump and used an electric fuel pump with a holding tank up near the radiator. That is the set up I am going to use on my AWB if I ever get back to the bench.
