My Dad had several of these as I grew up (I can remember 3,as well as a brand shiney new 620 King Cab in '76 or '77,whatever the first year was),the nicest of which when I was 16 in the 80's (slammed,chrome wheels,Buick V6...). Cool ol trucks,that's a good looking one you got there

Hobby Lobby has all model kits 25% off today,so I picked up (yet) another Revell '49 Merc,AMT '61 Galaxy,and though I usually avoid diecast/metal kits like a plague,when I saw that (1:24 or 1:25) Maisto 2013 Ford Mustang BOSS 302 kit,I HAD to have it,I'll shoot pics of that one tomorrow (I will,if not tonight,no...I mean it this time

Looks menacing in black with the CF hood I had the great pleasure to roll behind and beside one of these just before selling my Stang (in the avatar,ran lower mid 13's on bald street tires,looked stock more or less-the look on Hemi Challenger and Camaro SS diver's faces? Priceless )...I must have pestered him too much on the highway,as at a lone redlight (with nothing but empty 4 lane ahead) he revved his,I revved mine,the light turned green and...and.......and.........he was gone,LMBO!

VERY nice!!! Back in the mod 90's,a late cousin of mine had one ALMOST identical to this (1:1),it was a beautiful blue (same hibcaps/etc as your build) with the (non-turbo) V6/automatic,was an '85. I had a '84 Grand Prix with a 383 stroker/700R4 at the same time-mine looked horrible but ran good,his was just a sweetheart of a car (but dawg slow,LOL ),I wouldn't mind owning that (or one like it) today. Awesome detailing! These are nice kits,they make kool light commercial and sweet rods,IMO we don't see them enough. I had one unbuilt until a house fire last year-I'd forgotten all about these,your's makes me want to find another
