  2. Thank you for posting the pics Al. Glad you like the kit. Funny you picked that color. I will be starting a 70 Eldo soon and doing it in a very close color.

  5. Very cool. Anytime a kid enters the hobby it is a good thing.
  6. Nice build. Tuners, if that is what you want to call them are usually not my cup of tea. I do have this kit though and want to build it as a change of pace. Hope mine comes as nice as yours did. I like the clean look it has and all the extra work you did has paid off.
  7. Sunday it was 79 degrees. Last night we got just over three inches of wet snow. That broke our record. The 2013-2014 winter will go down as the snowiest winter in history for the metro Detroit area with a touch over 94 inches total. Calling for a high near 60 tomorrow.
  8. Morgan Automotive Detail, SMBC,Missing Link and, Motor City will be rolling in Thursday afternoon. Staying at the host hotel.
  9. Might be best to ask the caster that offers the Vega.
  10. I think the Revell Willys has one.
  11. To be very honest if you are only looking for a few copies, you are better off finding a few more kits. You need to take into account you are asking the caster to set up and make the mold. That is the most costly and time consuming part of the job. If you still think you want them done, drop me a PM and we can go from there.
  12. If someone is willing to master it, I would be happy to cast it. Just sayin.
  13. Hey Tom, I will not be there this time. However, I do hope you take our offer to come by the shop for a tour.
  14. Man, you nailed the period look. Very nice.
  15. A bit ashamed to admit I did not know this. Seems to me I should have known. As others have stated, I simply did not know. Thank you and bless you to all that served.
  16. Why, You scared of the D? (LOL). It's in a nice area.
  17. Looking to get an HO scale dragstrip. The ones I am seeing state they have Pro and Sportsman options for the tree. Is there a way to set them up or, is there a track that allows you to race bracket style? By that I mean a dial in and delay in the way the tree drops.
  18. From what I understand the first issue of both the Comer and Maverick could be built stock or was a pro stock car.
  19. Nice build. Cool to see a kid getting into the hobby and nice of you to be there to help him. Hopefully he will stick with it. Sounds like you may have some other nephews getting into it as well. Good family time there.
  20. Yay, More snow for Michigan late tonight into the morning. Man, this has been one heck of a winter.
