Hello......thank you all for the kind comments......I converted the Ford Aeromax into a Freightliner......it`s not perfect......but,good enough for the girls I go with.......I finished the body work and got primer on it.......I made headlight rings .......I made and hinged new gas door flaps......and I also made some wind wings and side mirrors that need to be painted.......I will re-scribe the doors ,sand and put color on the cab tomorrow........thanks for looking.

Chris......thank you for the kind comments.......this conversion is not perfect.......so I would feel guilty if I had these resin cased...... and people would be disappointed......but,thank you for your suggestion.

Bill......yes,I do all my tires the same I use water based " Folk Art" acrylic paints from Michael's art and crafts store.......thanks.

Stewart......thanks for the offer..........when I bought these opened kits at the NNL west.......I took a quick glance and did not notice the different sizes on the tires....... I was more concerned that I had enough to do the build........ so I decided to put the smaller size tires inside.......I know that my father will put this in a case and will never look at the bottom of the chassis........I wish your offer would have came sooner....... thanks for your concern...... but,they are glued in place........I was waiting for someone to notice.........good eye my friend........thanks anyway for your thoughts.

Hello.....thank you all for the kind comments.......I got both sides of the engine wired and plumbed......brakes are almost hooked up......I just need to attach the front air tanks and make some plumbing ties........thanks for looking.

Hello......thank you all for your kind comments.....I really do appreciate them......I started the plumbing on the engine......I will do the other side tonight......got the mud flaps on.......taill lights are painted alclad and tamiya red,wired and assembled......I made a single horizontal exhaust stack that goes underneath the chassis like the 1:1........I made some battery clamps and assembled the batteries......thanks for looking.
