40 years ago there was a 55 Chevy with a 440 Mopar engine in it around here. A friend of mine bought it and swapped in a 396 and resold it. He said it was just too wrong to let it be that way. I remember a 65 Mustang with a 327 in it too. Things like this get built. Glad to see it returning to the streets.
You have seen newer cars, the early cars were just the ones pictured above. The vertical windshield came in with the metal cowl. And even the newer cars had hinged glass.
The temp was just below freezing all day from a low of 19, and it snowed most of the day as it melted off just as fast as it came down. The low tonight will be 14 degrees.
Spring? I don't think so.
Snow is in the next few days forecast, but I don't expect any thing shovel ready. Highs all next week in the mid 30's, lows in the mid 20's.
