  1. Great, Mike! I hope all goes well these last few weeks of school!
  2. Tim, That's right but that kit is 1/24. The kit I am referring to is the 1/25 version from, I believe, 1997 or 98. BTW, your right those are beautiful wheels in that kit. I bought two just for the wheels.
  3. You are very talented for a senior in high school. If you don't mind my asking where are getting access to the CAD program as such. If you say at school, then tell me where so I can go back to High School. LOL. Thanks for sharing your work!
  4. Thanks Larry. BTW I really enjoy your work for the mags. How about getting gregg to do an article of YOUR build over the years. That would be some interesting stuff.
  5. I just like the laidback feel of this forum andI am happy others are coming here!!!
  6. you think I was happy at 101, I am estatic at 150.... can't wait until 200!!!

  9. Looks like a good start Andy. I like the looks of those taillights in the lower fender.
  10. Mike does that GT stand for what I think it does, and if so, is this what your Mom and Dad are paying for your education for? LOL
  11. I just checked the magazine website to see if the new one is out yet! Gregg how about adding a banner or something to the forum when the new magazines are out!
  12. Mine is in the paint booth waiting on a polish out so it can be finished. I built the street machine version. Paint is Ford Deep Jewel green. I can't decide on wheels though. Any suggestions would be welcome!
  13. LAG, so you are one of the guys that keeps grabbing those from my reach while I at work. I just gotta win one of those! CMD, I have to admit now, I stole your picture of the Buick wagon a couple of years ago and used it for my background until it was displaced by a picture of my grandaughter. I have wanted to build my own ever since I first laid eyes on yours. What is that saying about imitation being the purest fform of flatterty? Darrin, looking good!!
  14. Now Mike, you know you should not be posting pics from the Summit and Jegs catalog and passing them off as your work! Or does your boss know that you are doing this stuff on his CNC machines when he's not looking? Seriously, that is some awesome work! Don't be overly modest this stuff is cool! I am looking forward to seeing this at the Southern NNL finished or not!!!!
  15. Here is a N(ew)O(ld)S(tuff) update from Walmart! Last nite my local WM put out the new checkerboard box stuff! This round was the '70 Impala, The '74GTX and the '72 GTO. I scored both of the Impalas and left the GTXs and the Goats for the other local boys.
  16. Does any one know why Revell has not rereleased the '67 corvette coupe they did a few years ago. The convertible keeps popping up every couple of years but to my knowledge the coupe hasn't. I had even forgotten about this kit until I was digging through the archives for a kit for a friend and found a copy. I just wondered if there was a reason or it is just an oversight. I hope Revell is listening and gives us a California Wheels version with a new wheel type (like Twisted Intros or something like that) in the same quality of the Calis NOT the Motor City Muscle. I was very disappointed in the wheels/tires they put in the '69 Camaros. They came straight from their diecast line.
  17. Very Nice indeed. I love that moon tank and radtr!
  18. Man, you are right those first photos did not do this baby justice! I repeat what I said Nice Nova, no wait, beautiful Nova!
  19. very nice, I love those old camaros!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Nice Nova!!!!
  21. I'll try to post pics later.
  22. Ah Kannapolis, The home of the Late Intimadator!!! Lovely place, was there seveal years ago. I like the pic.
  23. Didn't one of the late model el camino kits have those decals in it?
  24. Maybe Jairus could start a delivery route, just like the old paper route days, if we would pay to build him a neat 60 Chevy S/D like his sketch on the old calendar. 'Course He would never get anything else like reading my insane reply to this post) done!
