I like it, nice job. Love the rims!!!
  2. You are the man Tom!!!!!!
  3. The biggest problems were the sink marks around the trunk area, they were pretty bad man.....
  4. I believe Testors makes Italian red in their enamel line of paints. Personally I would go with the Tamiya brand on this, they are a little stronger when it comes to the odor but it dries quicker and better than the enamel.....
  5. I think it will be a great seller, I for one will hang around until it becomes more readilly available and ultimately get at least two!!!
  6. Hey Milt, just keep hanging around this forum, lots of talent here and a lot of good people to answer your questions, sometimes it even works better than going to clubs and meetings!!! I personally belong to 2 really good clubs with a lot of talent and really nice people, good luck finding one man!!!!
  7. Sweeeeeeeeet!!! I NV you, I will get mine some time!!!!
  8. Happy birthday my friend!!!!!
  9. Well, all I can say is that you live very close to the biggest model show in the nation, contact Tom and look around, there are several good clubs in your area!!!!

  13. Try the tri-state model club in Parssippany, they will be having their big show in Wayne this year, haven't you heard about them or the show????
  14. Hope to see you soon Greg!!!!!
  15. Too cool man
  16. As always, great job Chris, love the details on and around the engine!!!!
  17. Hey brother, I will be the first to admit that it takes more than one time to get it right also, specially on this type of build. I am not to crazy about using this stuff but I haven't found a better way
  18. I have heard of some of the adhesiveness deteriorating after time, I usually have a fresh sheet at hand so I couldn't tell you. I can tell you that there are other brands on the market out there but nothing as good as the Bare Metal Foil brand......
  19. Love the frame on this bike, intimidating!!!!
  20. Like I said again, a lot of Bare Metal Foiling but in my humble opinion I think it is the best invention for our hobby. With a lot of patience it really pays off. I will be working with the engine next and so on, hope you guys like it!!!!!
  21. Well guys, decided to work on the Impala over the weekend. Did a lot of wet-sanding, polishing, waxing and BMFing'. Did some other little details like opening the air cleaner snorkels, if thats what they call them These photos show the results of a lot of rubbing, thought for a while a genie would grant all my wishes!!!! These pictures show the progress on the side trim and their BMF being applied. Lots of BMF..... And more BMF
  22. Looks very cool man, but try learning using the BMF, it really sets off a model, I know that it is not for everyone but personally I think it was the best thing invented for model cars!!!!!
  23. Stunning!!!! Very nice and unique color man, nice job
  24. Looks like a winner man, keep us updated, nice colors too
