  1. I love the Buick and Lincoln....!!!! very Very nice!
  2. Sorry to hear that....Me I hide from it like the plague I am one of those that if I get someones 24 hour bug Ill have it for days.
  3. Id love to do some of the Aussie cars myself....cool project!
  4. That is true Bill...the 2 strokes needed a blower to run basically. Me I have been fascinated with them all my life...drove a few cars with them its fun. A friend of mine owned a blown 84 Z-28 Camaro with a 5 speed....giddy up.
  5. I once tried to go up a wet muddy hill on a three wheeler(WAY TOO WET)made it to the edge of the top and started sliding backwards fast into a barbwire fence fast enough to knock it down which wrapped itself around me like a blanket after 30 foot or so.
  6. I would think they would have to be under-driven big time myself...diesels are already high compression.
  7. If your good with computers Id bet you could find the movie on line and record it to DVD.
  8. There is just way too much expense with all those blowers for it to be fake...plus there is a very unique sound that type of blower system will make when running. I have had to custom fab blower intakes and drives before...you have to make what ever makes it work right the blower intakes are not anything one could order out for...most likely there the only ones like them.
  9. Cargostar made some resin ambulance tops for the Chevy vans....I have one there very nice wish I would have gotten another set from him....try contacting him about them you wont be disappointed.
  10. I remember it....always liked the 73 Fury and the boat tail Riviera used in it...my grandmother owned a 73 Fury but it was a light Metallic green.
  11. Those old left over clear parts trees can be used to make soda, etc. bottles like the ones in my 64 Chevy junkyard pickup build in my photobucket here. You just take and heat the parts tree stock and once its starting to melt carefully pull to the desired shape or size and hold blowing on it till its cool...then you cut it to the desired bottle neck size and sand or trim to your liking.
  12. LOL... Thanks John.... Funny thing is when I did it I was way ticked off by her attitude after I was so nice about it to start with....even though I was the funny thing is I laughed my but off while doing it....LOL... There are times where you have to learn to speak their language so they understand....she got taught a lesson....
  13. Hey... Welcome Chris....I am 50 too...LOL...
  14. COOL!!!!!.... Love them both!!!!
  15. Thanks....LOL... I should have left it on my trailer and charged her a towing fee....LOL...
  16. Some did and some did not.... I had a 73 Chevy cargo van I drove it had no rear or side windows in it....later we did add window doors to it that popped open it had no AC.
  17. Very nice Ray!.... I like it!...very clean and cool! I use to own a real 75 TA....maybe someday Ill find enough parts, etc. to build one like it. Very nice work!!
  18. I had a very rude lady park 1/2 in my driveway once so I very nicely asked her if she could move her car just a bit so I could back my truck and car trailer into it.... She said boldly I am in a hurry to go shopping with my friend so you will have to just wait till I get back! OK....so I waited for her to leave and I backed my trailer up to her car and pulled the winch cable out...hook her car up and loaded it on my trailer....hauled it to a local shopping center and dropped it off. ...What car???
  19. I like it Tom!....looks real good.
  20. I am lucky enough to have some of my dads oldies...though mine need restored and parts Id never give them up if I could keep from it...there worth much more for their sentimental value to me. Id rather have them than all the new kits out there even though my task of trying to locate needed parts so I can restore them the work will be worth it to me. Ill have them and pass them down to someone that will appreciate them for what they are and mean to me when my time is up.
  21. That is the spirit Carl.... Like they and i have said you will find a way around the new problems buddy...you have seen my 69 Plymouth wagon build in my photobucket here...done that one with very little feeling in my hands and fingers just took me longer--a month alone on the body work. With my spine injuries and nerve damage I have learned new ways to get passed them...you will too...just try and practice on some un-important items to see what works for you.
  22. Looks COOL!... I have the HT one to restore when I find what it needs yet....very cool save!
  23. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
