disabled modeler

I managed to get a box of kits for the other disabled guys I help get into building....will deliver them today will be like kids in a candy store....LOL...

I get some of my models from garage sales/antique malls/second hand stores....once in awhile Ill treat myself to a kit from our local hobby lobby if they have anything that is a good deal and interesting enough...tight budget like many of us here.

I think the Challenger is supposed to be more like a promo...good with me.

I only entered one once....got second place for my 68 Plymouth 4door wagon in my photobucket. Uncle insisted I try it....I build for me and the enjoyment of it but its nice to get input from others after seeing ones work.

Thanks for the information....nope not too tight just poor quality parts you know money is more important than anything else thing. I remember in the 80s you might never had to change one once it had been done and after very high miles. Ours in a 84 Chevy pickup with a 305ci...also buying the best parts available here...or supposed to be. keeps up Ill try and turn in a labor claim to see what happens...LOL...funny huh?

Our truck needs the waterpump change again...cant seem to get one to last a year anymore...poor quality workmanship of items these days...what ever happen to pride of workmanship.
