  10. The Mild and Wild series kit were just that..could be built factory stock or a crazy cartoonish car with oversized spoilers,etc....MPC made them in the 70s.
  11. Oh...I am thinking of the Mild and Wild series kits.
  12. Very Cool...love hearses long as I am not in the back

  15. Welcome Amanda....were glad to have you here.
  16. Very nice Al... love those 69,70 Grand Prixs...hope to get mine restored someday in the future.
  17. Hey Joe I even like some of the Johan,AMT snap kits...talk about easy. Now the Johan Chrysler Turbine car was pretty detailed and a test fit every part build type...still a cool one...snap version was easy but much less detail. Best advise anyone ever gave me on building is to treat every part as if it was a model itself.
  18. Yep your right Carl....but there was a Barris kit and a Monogram one too even though there different still like them both. I remember those old Aurora race scenes kits had them when I was a kid pretty cool too...I had the garage, tool box, engines, and chassis and car body kits....memories.
  19. Joe....the old Johan kits required a bit of work but well worth it in the end result....My first model was the Johan Haulin Hearse kit and Heavenly Hearse kit...Loved the company for they made kits of cars no one else would...AMC,Chrysler,Dodge,Oldsmobile,Rambler,etc....Ill never turn down a Johan kit of a 60s to mid 70s car.
  20. I like most of the Tom Daniels kits built them as a kid...favorites were the... Un Real Roller Garbage Truck S Cool Bus Bathtub Buggy etc....love a chance to build them again.
  21. Disabled/disability....but use to be a ASE certified auto technician and had my own small shop when I had my accident which put a end to that...huge difference in income but getting use to it. Now I build and help a disabled builders group I got started for some other guys when I can or can find stuff for them to work on...almost like a class of sorts...LOL...
