  1. Not really. Especially on a snowy Friday.

  3. Question 1: No Question 2: No The red fittings usually go into the object you are plumbing then the blue is on the hose end. Example: Plumbing a carb: The red fitting goes into the carb and the blue fitting is on the hose. I hope this helps.
  4. I got about 6 or so inches in Glens Falls, NY, that's about an hour north of Albany.
  5. I use Model Master German Grey that works pretty well.
  6. Picked up mine, the willys hot rod and the challenger I
  7. Its kinda funny to see this cause I was planing on building an IROC Dodge Daytona. I had the idea when I saw caine440's Charger, now I think I'll start on it soon after seeing this, thanks.
  8. Nope, that is how it would be done if it was a real engine. Just make sure you use the upper manifold part as well. Cut off the air filter and tube, your golden.
  9. I can say in the first quarter of the year I got a lot done. Then by March/April when I was offered full-time at one of my two part-time jobs. I haven't got as much done but I also work six days a week at 55hrs so most of my time is working. As of now I am lucky if I build 1 or so every two months.
  10. They do and they are fantastic
  11. Was a mechanic for about 8 years, now I am a parts guy at locally owned CarQuest Auto Parts store and have been doing this for a little over 2 years.
  12. I smell the painted object, if it doesn't smell like paint your good to go. I have never had a problem with this method if you are wondering.
  13. I bought one(revell re-release) not to long ago its an okay kit but for what ever reason mine had no instructions at all. I would you get you some pics but I got a little angry at my 500 year old digital camera and tossed out of my second story window onto my driveway, lets just say I am in the market for a new one.
  14. Sorry, must have been mistaken for someone else. I found out who it was and again I apologize!!!!!
  15. Yes but some of us like more detail than 8 wires pushed into a piece of aluminum. Every distributor I have ever seen, touched, fixed does not look like what some offer in the aftermarket.
  16. I have a few older ones at home that show you how to put them together I will take pics and post when I get home around 6pm EST.
  17. The CarQuest store I work at has it, matter of fact we have about 6 cans on the shelf.
  18. Thank you very much I am going to place an order tomorrow, thanks again.
  19. Does anyone know what their business hours are? I would like to call in a order.
  20. We all know that the new Revell releases do not have any tire sidewall detail. My question would be, would you be willing to pay more, lets say a $1 more per kit for this "extra" detail. I know I would what do you think.
  21. For indpendent suspension and it has pegs on the front suspension for the tires to glue on to, cut them off then reglue them lower than the "stock" position. For leaf spring make some riser blocks where the springs bolt to on the frame. These two methods are the easiest ways to do it.
  22. I am going to put my two cents in and say go to Detail Master. I don't have the part number, but if I remember when I get home from work tonight I'll post it w/ a picture. I have about 5 frets of this stuff and looks as real as real can get.
  23. Sorry, I guess I should have read the post a little better, had a derp moment.
  24. If you are looking for a 1:1 scale gravity spray gun there is a company called, Grex, they had been advertising on the back of Model Cars mag for many issues about a year or so ago. I do believe that Greg had done a review in one issue. I would find which issue, but I am hard at work right now.
