  1. I'll have to take some pictures Cranky. I am in the middle of a 1/43 scale 69 Camaro burn car that I have not posted yet. I've been doing a lot of cars lately for some reason and forgot about this. Nice topic Cranky.
  2. Sweet! Thanks for sharing. I'd have to say I think the one there I'd like to see the most with my own eyes is that #71 Dodge Daytona.
  3. Actually looks like a clean snap on the windshield frame so it might be able to be saved with a little body filler. Good luck from someone else that likes to restore.
  4. Unfortunately, it costs us a ton to have it and maintain it. Doesn't cost much in monetary terms, but the guy who maintains it is a real piece of high maintenance work!
  5. I don't know how I missed this but this is simply AMAZING work! Great subject matter too!
  6. Now thats really shaping up! Cool looking!
  7. Sorry to hear the trouble on the first one but glad you were able to replace it. I hate it when a good model goes bad. Good luck
  8. Hey there. The only A-Team van I have is the one I'm tearing apart on here. If anyone else has one that would be a cool trade. Mine was certainly not trade worthy.
  9. I'm not sure what all your looking for. I don't have any other hearse type stuff. I am interested in the Ecto 1 roof parts for less cluster but I would need the decals too. These decals have the ghost showing #2. Let me know what your looking for parts wise as I have a lot of misc parts.
  10. Hey those look awsome! Also I have the same style exhaust as the one featured in the first 2 links.. Hmm......
  11. Yeah unfortunately it's curbside. I thought about opening up the hood and adding an engine however it is a Very fine line from the molded hood lines and the hood Body lines.
  12. Once you start modifying you'll have the bug
  13. Thanks guys! Hey Steve I'll have to look for that about the louvers. I didn't notice it before. Also I heard about the 3rd movie and from what I have heard Bill Murray is being a complete jerk about it. They barely got him to be involved and said loose his number after it. I hope it's cool though as I've always liked the first 2. The only thing I didn't care for about this build is the addition of so much stuff to the roof in the second movie compared to the original Ecto.
  14. Awesome David! Thanks for sharing a good thing too. Most are very fast to say something negative about a kit or company for that matter. Nice to see someone take the time for a good response
  15. Ok so after a lot of stripping and some sanding I have this down to what you see here. I have some bondo setting now. I know it will need more. I am going to stray away from the A-team as I could not save the wing, brush gaurd, and front bumper. So I am thinking of just doing a custom. I know I can still save the A-team by using parts I have but I'm conflicted. More to come...
  16. Hey there. My club is having a tv and movie car build here in a couple months so thanks to Zukaholic I have this car here. It was started on the inside so i'm re-doing it. More to come soon
  17. Don't feel bad. People look at me odd for restoring bad kits too. Good luck in your project.
  18. I'll go the safe route to not offend anyones taste and use my own trucks state of being
  19. Congrates on winning last night Marty! I loved the open grille. Now stop using my Duster and a photo booth
  20. Now thats a Stealth!
  21. I've actually always wanted to get a bug kit. Should be cool. You can always punch people when you show it to them too
  22. I had to use really hot water and patients to un warp the roof of the yellow car in this picture. It was completely shoved over to the passenger side. I had to heat it and move it. Heat it and move it some more. It did come out good though.
  23. Over this weekend I got a few things. Friday I got an autograph from my favorite band that I listen to while working on models ( To keep it related lol ) which is Five Finger Death Punch. This here is the lead singer. It was 117 degrees outside so luckily I did NOT get heat stroke. Thanks to water and frozen magaritas Also followed the next night with my club meeting I got 4 kits. The Dale Sr car has the engine started and thats about it. The T-bird is not started. The superbird has a yellowed clear on the body to strip. The Indy car I have to strip. I also got some paddle tires for another project.
  24. Hey guys I have another one! Here is a Knight Rider MPC KITT. I love this show and have the whole series on DVD for references. I'll have to figure out still shots I suppose to show just how cheesy the car driving by itself really was. Anyway without further yapping here you go.....
