  1. We don't need no stinkin' OHC American V8s when pushrod valve actuation will get you these numbers, with the potential for MUCH more: http://www.venomgt.com/
  2. Nice!
  3. Those are incredibly realistic Cliff! Nice!
  4. Tim, if you can get ahold of a set of these, the larger of the two pairs within measure close to the 275s you seek: Or the older AMT Baldwin Motion Camaro has M/Ts also that are just a bit narrower:
  5. Here you go Lee, contact Alan for an update: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=64370
  6. GREAT conversion!!!
  7. I'm sure the person with this tire and wheel IS NOT selling these items as a master, but as a finished product (check the drop-down for surface/finish options). I was just stating that the FINISHED 3D PRINTED prices are still too high for the average modeler to buy for a build. Now if this person was to sell his design file to a caster for reproduction in resin, that's a different story, leaving the prices reasonable for the builder (like Joseph has done with his AWESOME Vector wheel ).
  8. Thanks for the info Art! Dave did get back to me, and gave me Tony's contact info. I'm waiting to hear back from him...
  9. Nicely done John!
  10. Wow! Looks GREAT so far Andy!
  11. I've got a nuke-proof bunker here, everyone in fear of "the end" please send me your kit collections for safe-keeping
  12. I sent a note off this AM to Mr. David J. Vander Wal, proprietor of R & D Unique (still in business?) to check the status of these masters/molds, we'll see if this gets us anywhere...

  14. Those are cool little machines Chuck! Where do you pick these up, farm & supply store, or mail order?
  15. Let's petition for that!
  16. Great work so far Rich! Cool project, not something you see everyday Your friend will LOVE it!
  17. Larry, why don't you start a workbench WIP since you started on your kit? You can ask the specific questions about your build as we follow along, or you can ask questions in this section if you don't want to start a build thread: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showforum=8
  18. I wonder if the original resin was based off of the Danbury Mint diecast???
  19. At these prices, someone's gotta get ahold of the rights to these masters/molds (if they are useable), or new masters & molds have got to be done! http://www.ebay.com/itm/261137892408?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&autorefresh=true http://www.ebay.com/itm/EXTREMELY-RARE-1954-MOTORAMA-CORVETTE-WALDORF-NOMAD-RESIN-TRANSKIT-/261137397537?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item3ccd007721 I've always wanted one of the Nomads, don't make me scratchbuild one!
