Looking good so far. Nice choice for the wheels and tires. They look right on that car.
-
Very nice work! I like it.

Now you need to build a new CRZ like that. Without all the Hybrid stuff.....They shoud bring the CRZ out with the Si engine and six speed........oh well. Your CRX looks great!

Built a while ago, lost in the move but found. Polished up pretty well. MPC 67 GTO kit and instead of the regular 400 I used the OHC 6 out of the 69 Firebird. Just something different. A friend of mine back in high school had a 66 Pontiac Lemans Sprint with the OHC 6 with a 4bbl and split exhaust and a 4 spd. It was cool and it would haul! To think what that car would be worth today?$?$?$?$?$?

AMT 09 Challenger R/T with Mike's Scale Speed Shop S/S Hood & Scoop. Wheels are from the parts box, and the slicks are from the HEMI Dart kit. (perfect fit) Haven't decided what color or decals, but gettin' there.

Great Color! Keep up the good work.

The mid sixties Chryslers and Imperials would really be welcome.

Looking great so far. My vote on paint is gloss black with the hood and half the roof semi gloss, or just from the body line up satin black and the sides gloss. Keep up the good work! You coming back to Cincy any time soon for a visit?

Fantastic! Looks great!

Wonderful to see a Volare done up like that and the truck looks great, too!

That is really cool. I like your modified roof and the trimming of the back window, it all flows very well. Can't wait to see it done.

Great job! You got that look just right!
-
Great job! It brings back memories of the real Calipso Coral LX I had a few years ago. Keep up the great work, and remember to build for yourself and no one else. You'll enjoy the hobby a lot better!

Thanks for the info Niko. Paul

Where do you find the Decals By Lucas? I've wanted to do that car for years but didn't know anyone did decals for it. Your Runner looks great! 68 or not. It's got the right stance and wheels. Keep up the great work. Thanks, Paul

Nice build. I especially like the way you spaced the rear tires out a bit. It fills up the wheel wells. The kit is great but I've notice not too many people take the time to move the wheels out a bit. It give the car a more realistic look. Keep up the great work!

SCHOOL BUS as the Porsche commercial says! Looks great!

A question for the 60s Super Stock Builers.
fastram replied to hemiman_1999's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
I would say double them up. Since the Comets of the 60s didn't have a lot of lettering on them, giving the customer a multiple choice of cars to build with one sheet would be great. -
Looks great and has just the right stance! Keep up the good work! And I think the R/T emblems look good on there. It's Your Way!

Looks really cool. Everyone needs to do something different from time to time, or you can get burned out quick. Keep up the good work!

I remember seeing the real car at one of the old Car-Craft Street Machine Nationals back in the late seventies. It was a slick car at the time. Never did pick up one of the kits of it though. Keep up the good work, it should look great. The Pro Touring style is bringing back some of the older cars with some cool looks.
