  1. Huge JG fan here, and a huge fan of your build!! Great Job!!
  2. I, too, am a huge fan of your builds. I always get a little excited when I see a new post by Old Coyote. I build like you do; nice and clean but not over the top. Keep 'em comin, man. If you have access to Tamiya and don't mind spending the extra coin for small cans, their Aircraft Light Blue is a nice chassis color too. Looks closer to the grey used in the 80's and early 90's (if it was even a different color than current).
  3. I'm excited to get a more affordable VW Beetle from Monogram! I'm positive the RoG one is a great kit, but $45 is a bit steep for me.
  4. Thanks!!!!!!!
  5. That works, Harold!! Thank you for all the kind comments!!
  6. Nice! And yes, that was the car in Date Night haha
  7. Thanks guys!! Pics are from my cell phone (which is better than some digitals), the flash made them a bit weird. The wheels are box stock; still debating on whether or not to put the dogdishes on (at least a couple of 'em), and I guess they need to be weathered more. The pitted chrome was done by lightly spraying some gray paint over the parts.
  8. Hey guys n gals! It's been awhile since I have posted on here, but I'm super proud of how this one turned out. It's a Revell Black Widow kit built as a street car (with a rollcage). Made it look like a used 'survivor'. I think the pitted chrome turned out extremely well. Thanks for looking and enjoy!
  9. Great job, dude! That thing looks like it'd be a BLAST to drive.
  10. Awesome!! This one's on my "bucket list". Bucket list of models, that is.
  11. That is all-around AMAZING!!! My favorite part, though, is the smashed bugs on the windscreen hahaha!
  12. My first and current car: 1992 Dodge Spirit. Greatest car ever made. No really, everyone I know wants to buy it from me. This or any year EK would be awesome.
  13. Very nice! It would look cool with some clear styrene over the taillights but that's just me.
  14. Nothing Better than an old Dodge. Is that the final color? I enjoy it thoroughly.
  15. I can get past the poor paint job (I see cases like this all the time), but how the F do you screw up the letters that bad?! I don't mean this to be offensive to anyone with a disability but is he blind?? The concept of symmetry is not complex! And to do it on a $60,000 Corvette!
  16. Hello, is it possible to use Fujimi aftermarket wheels on a Tamiya kit?
  17. I know I've read about it before, but what did you use/do to make the door seams black?
  18. Very cool. Love the NASCAR wheel on the front of the red one.
  19. Am I the only one that builds on the dining room table? lol
  20. Hangin' out down the street...sorry.
  21. That's bada$$. Great post and definitely of interest to those who post here.
  22. Either leave them exposed or make it so they can be flipped into either position. Not many have done it..
  23. Great Job. These AMT Modified Stocker kits are my favorites. I just finished the Olds 88 last week. And Mark, I've that 49 Ford shown to the left of your Falcon, that's a fun kit too.
  24. This is awesome.
  25. Naw dude, that looks bada$$! I wish I could get my interiors to look that good..
