  10. Thanks Bill, it's always slow going when scratch building. I am making progress, but before I post any pics I want to make sure I have enough things finished. I'm getting close to finishing up the engine compartment and will be posting pics soon. Hi Scott and thanks for the nice words. I make every part from scratch, then I mold and cast resin parts. I don't care much for rapid prototype process, I worked a lot with SLA parts at my work and they take a lot of work to make them look good. The harness connectors are made from styrene sheets and rod, all are cut with my X-acto knife. Thanks for looking! Bill

  15. Frisket paper is basically used for airbrush illustration on illustration board. It does work on other surfaces as long as they are flat. Like Mike said it works good on flat surfaces not on curves. Bill
  16. Yes, a lot of airbrush people get vinyl stencils cut at sign shops. They have good equipment, all you need is a computer file. Or you can buy a vinyl cutter. Depending on how much detail you need, a descent one starts about $1,200.00. Bill

  22. It looked like there is a slight difference, the side pipes look brighter, I thought that was the lighting. Thats why I asked if it was all alclad. I also use it on my parts. Bill
