  4. John.... Thanks buddy you are awesome! Can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I am in no hurry since I won't be getting to build for a little while. When is the Show in Phoenix that you will be going to. Will have to make it out to it myself. Would like to meet you and see your build in person. Another option I just thought of so you don't have to send them to me is if you have a scanner and can scan them. I can give you my email addy. But like I said I can wait for the show in Phoenix. really appreciate your willingness to help me out. Thank You

  6. Ok So I have been working little more on this project the past few days, getting the body close to being completed. I was able to get all of the glass installed as well as the head lights and tail lights. The only thing I really have left with the body is paint the mirrors and as well black out the grill, which I hope to get to the grill today and since its raining here today, I won't be able to paint the mirrors. Here are a few more pics of the body.....
  7. Hey Brett thanks for the advice, I will get on their website and see if I can back order those issues. I appreciate the info
  8. Hey John, I need to ask you another question Were did you find the reference pictures for this dragster. I have been doing some research on the internet and really can't find any good pictures for the detail. I have been looking for some old drag racing books at some local book stores and Amazon. On Amazon I ran across one called Fuel and Guts and it has the Bebee and Mulligan dragster on the cover. Just not sure if it has some good pics there for reference or not. I am hoping that I can find it locally just so I can flip thru the book and check it out before I buy it. If you don't mind letting me know I'd appreciate it. I have one of these kits that I am planning on building sometime in the future after I clear some builds off my "kits I need to finish" list thanks again John for all of your help, it is much appreciated.

  17. Mike that Engine is looking good. Keep up the great work.
  18. thanks Mike.... Nopt this is the first time chopping this kit.....I haven't quite got to the window frame yet but was planning on cutting the same ammount out of it as I did for the roof to make it fit and then I will be shaving the glass down to fit properly. I don't think it should be too much of a pain but I guess I will see huh Samurai.... When I get to that point of working the window I will take pictures and post them so you can see how I did it. But basically I will cut a section out of the window frame then glue it back together and then from there I will work on shortening the actual window by marking and then will trim it down by scribing the bottom side of the window close to where I want it then to get the final fit, I will sand it down the rest of the way with a fine sandpaper or sanding stick. Hopefully this makes sense.
