  15. This build started out as a Provence Moulage 1/43rd scale resin kit that I picked up many years ago I belive at the NNL West when I was around 19 or 20. So this kit has been completed about 14/15 years ago. I was seeing it on my hobby shelf and needed to take some pics of it and wanted to share it with everyone.
  16. I have just about finished this build other than I am having a dilemma on which License plate to use from the decals....lol Once I get the License plate on and thinking of adding a photo etch license plate frame, I will take some new pics and post them in the Underglass section. thanks for looking everyone

  18. Very Nice Build. That thing turned out great. I love it and I really like the rims you used on this. YJIslander.... you are correct that this El Camino is a Chip Foose Design. This El Camino is featured in some of the Mothers Polish commercials.
  19. A buddy of mine and his wife bought one of those little notebook laptops from bestbuy and I belive it had microsoft word and excel and able to surf the net for 300 bucks or so, I think it was fairly inexpensive. But depending on what you want to do with your computer or the different type of software you want to run on it there could be a big price difference. If you are just doing basic, email, internet, etc... I think some sort of notebook laptop would be pretty good. I also have another buddy that used to go on Tiger Directand he would find smoking deals on PC's... its worth a look
  20. Very Nice and clean. this model looks great. Good Job!!
  21. Curt....Very nicely done. its beautiful. I am good friends with George and Paul from your club, plus you can say I grew up with them in my life since I used to live down the street from them growing up. But George showed me some pics of the big '32 that you guys did a few years ago and she was a beauty as well. Keep up the great work.
  22. Wow this is a tuff one, I think it can go either way but I chose Model
  23. Very Cool!! I like where you are going with these
  24. Hey Spyder...as far as using the aluminum tubing you can use a K&S tubing cutter to cut the tubing to the length you would want. I Don't have any of the tubing right in front of me at the moment but you can use lets say 1/16" OD tubing and find the next size that it will slip into the ID which may be 3/32". then you could use styrene to make the ends. As far as springs go you can go the ball point pen route.... or you can get some craft wire. I have a bunch in different colors and use another piece of tubing and wrap the wire around the tubing to make your own springs to lenght that you please. As far as the spring perches you can make that out of styrene or aluminum tubing. Wish I had photos to show you but I don't and hope I was able to describe it so it was easy for you to understand.
  25. Thanks Charlie... I will have to see if I can find some of that at Michael's. And hopefully I will be getting ahold of you soon to order some stuff. I am just waiting on some things to fall into place with a job.
