    Overdrives Slot Car Cave in Jacksonville, Ar. had there grand Opening yesterday and here some pics. There were over 30 people there from 11 am till 7 pm. If you are in the area stop by please come out and support Bobby's effort.

    It is the same kit as the Revell of Germany kits, except for molded in clear plastic

    Car pics from the CASM show. The show was mostly military there were 5, 8 ft tables full of nothing but tanks it was amazing. This was all the cars that were at the show .

    I attended the CASM model show in Jacksonville, Arkansas yesterday real good show it was the IPMS Region 6 convention. The club broke all of there early records for attendance and models entered (421). These are my stash adds from the show. The 3d printed stuff is a VW camper and a teardrop trailer.

    Model Car Show this Saturday August 24,2024. Theme for the show is Gassers. This is the 5th year to be with the largest Train Show in the south. There will be 6 Model car vendors at the show, also have a silent auction. Here is a Flier. Show is being put on by the No-Name Modelers from North Little Rock Arkansas, and is sponsored by Rail & Sprue Hobbies

    Kit parts for the interior and modified the front suspension slightly to lower it otherwise all parts a kit.

    This started as a race car, I am trying to make what would look like a kit car. Model will be built curbside. Rims and tires are from a 1/32 Jada die cast.

    Started with the new 64 Malibu kit, and the engine from the Revell 64 Impala. finish color is going to be MCW Daytona Yellow. Here is what I have done so far

    Just realized that I did not post pics of the model completed, so here they are.

    This is a Jimmy Flintstone resin 1970 Javelin body with and MPC Nascar style chassis. Paint is pure blue, pure red , and white. Decals are from Slixx and Gofer. Also the front & rear bumpers were sprayed with Revell Chrome spray.
