  2. These cars are way cool! Very sleek styling like an airplane. You did an excellent job on this.
  3. wow this thing is BAD!!! excellent photography work too. Really a nice job.
  4. Have you looked some of Tyrone's posts. He builds some really awesome pro mods. Maybe you can personal message him. im sure he could tell you where to find bodies and parts.
  5. Phil, You could build the finest models in the world, but if your to lazy to spell out the word because, then i have no interest in looking at your pics. Show some respect and pride for yourself and type so that others can understand. This is not a text chat.
  6. 70 chevelle SS. Best looking car of all time in my opinion.(dad has an L-34 70 in the garage so I'm biased) 70 monte Carlo (I have one in my garage so I'm biased ) zl-1 vette zl-1 camaro any motion car 409 impala 455 sd firebird my uncle has 3 dusters. They're not bad looking. Gm biased but I'd take em all!
  7. Maybe get a picture online and blow it up till its very close to the size and trace the rear wheel wells on a sheet of paper.then you can transfer them to the model body.
  8. Where does everyone get their muscle car tire decals. Ive seen some neat goodyear polyglass type decals, but cant find them!
  9. I played with a mix of acrylic and water till it seemed to work for me. Then I added a drop of dish detergent. Not sure if that makes a difference but I read somewhere about doing that. I used an old film container and put it in that. It has lasted me years doing quite a few aircraft models.
  10. The AMT has a better front end. I like the monogram wheels better, the grill has better detail i think too. The crease on the monogram trunk is incorrect and should be sanded off. i wish someone would tool a new 70 kit and make it accurate! When i was a kid i had the red monogram chevelle. they stopped making that one. At least it had black stripes in it.
  11. Unreal! with your skills If you had a welder and some 1:1 tubing, no doubt you could build a real car.
  12. That washer bottle looks full! Nice job. She's a real sleeper with the dog dishes and steelies
  13. I just found this thread while i was searching for Chevelle models. Very cool!!!! This has inspired me to build a 70 again. I wish someone would make a really good 70 Chevelle kit, as the monogram and amt kits arent that great. Where did you get the color for it. Also where did you get 396 emblems? Its neat to build a less popular car somtimes. My dad has an Astro Blue 70 396.
  14. Does anyone make SS strips for 70-72 chevelles.Fred Cady used ot make them, but he is of business. Thanks.
  15. Wow this is pretty wicked!! Do you remember the show "Family Matters" with Urkel? The son on that show had a Pro St. dodge kind of like this. I think his dad was a cop on the show and he got an old cop car fairly cheap.
  16. Clean build man! Engine looks really good. What did you use for the paracute cords?
  17. What tire decals does everyone use for Goodyear drag slicks. the older style with white letters. 1:25 scale. Where do you get them from? Thanks!
  18. Wow!! looks like its ready to make a 6 sec pass!!!
  19. \Good lookin cheby! Very clean and you picked out a lot of nice details like the lugs on the wheels and such. You will only get better from here. so keep going, and keep posting. Somthing i havent done yet, but will try on my next car model, is dry brusing the chassis.
  20. His cars were the best looking prostock cars ever in my opinion! You did a heck of a job on it!
  21. Wayyyy coool!!! If you have a way to show big daddy himself, i bet he would love that!!!
  22. Could you explain why you are calling the one "Phantom Bee"? The cars look great by the way. the leaf springs are awesome!
