  3. I love this car, I dont get to see many of them. My dad had a 68 GTX with a 440 wedge with N50's on the back.
  4. Or Silent Auction not to take away from emodelcars or ebay but seems to me that majority of people who would buy cars are on here. Hold two a week or something and set up a gmail just for it. If its worth anything people will pay, first start the price right under what a normal kit would be and let it go.
  5. Correction on the Nashua 322 its thicker than I thought. As far as buying foil tape I would check out HVAC suppliers, because Home Depot, lowes etc can be higher and most of the time they are. If you dont want the 3 inch they have a 2 inch
  6. If you can get a'hold of some the Nashua 322 or the Nashua "Extreme Weather" is usually thin enough. Some of the Shuretape is also thin in most cases.
  7. Im 27 and working on my third million, gave up on the first two. You know what they say third times the charm.
  8. I agree on the buick, my parents gave us a 98 lesabre for a trade in we drove it for a long time before. When we traded it in we had over 200k miles.
  9. My wife and I met in April 2007 and we married in October 2007. Nine days ago on the 20th we celebrated our third anniversary, and it gets better everyday.

  16. Getting them molded in I am going for more of the Cobra Cowl hood if I can. The pictures don't show off many of the lines As far as the wheels go I want to lower the car 2" so I am debating on what to do.

  19. Ok thanks ill try that, its getting below 60 very quick at night which is unusual.
  20. What could cause this? There was no thinner added. I went to spray my car with Testors White Lightning and it seemed to bubble up then when I went over it again it just ran like water. I put it on thin coats, and the weather is colder and low humidity so i know that did not have effect. Thanks in advance for the input
  21. That would be great, now its just getting it lol, My anniversary trip is coming up so i cant buy anything. Will the sleeves help give me an offset? I have a deep dish in the back with reg, in front. I got some more work done that i will post tonight, if i get the chance.
  22. Anything on sale or cheap on ebay, I found a connection today at a "goodwill" for model cars he said they usually trash them or donate them. He said since he goes through the stuff thats donated he will try and hook me up. How well this works we will see. Second i'm building my supply of materials and tools

  24. This is going to be a slow build since i'm shooting for a more realistic car. Here is the first part I have began on the body work. Im looking for some good rims for it i would like some close to the ones on my 1:1 but that may be impossible.
