  1. That (50 Years of Mustangs) is the theme for next years Milwaukee NNL in April. Be there as this past April we had 900+ models on the tables. That's a LOTTA eye candy.
  2. Cool builds, and I wish I had some of my old builds from the 60's but I don't.
  3. When you get older, times seems to go by even faster.
  4. Welcome to the forum and BTW, I've been dazed and confused for a looooong time so don't feel bad.
  5. Awesome work on that boat. The hull in the Hemi Hydro kit scales out to about 1/20th scale along with the trailer.
  6. Those drag radials are lookin' good Dennis, but the sidewalls need to be cleaned up a bit, maybe with some Armorall.
  7. Nice clean build on that Willys.
  8. Was available, it is scarce now.
  9. Will you be at the C.A.R.S. meeting in Crystal Lake this Saturday Roy?
  10. Does any resin caster make a teardrop hood for the AMT '66 Ford Fairlane kit? TIA
  11. How 'bout the Ford motors in AMT's Fairlane GT kits (390) or Revell's Thunderbolt kit (427)???
  12. I sell drugs on the street corners so I can pay for my styrene addiction.
  13. Great turnout at the AMG Nov. club meeting tonight and a "ton" of stuff to bid on at our annual auction as well. Lots of fun!
  14. I'd really like to get one of those kits, but I'm afraid that if I did it would just go on the "pile" with ALL the other kits I have that I hope to build "someday."
  15. I was in high school reading (little) car magazines that I had put inside my text books in class. I was also a model car builder and went to my first outdoor custom car show in '61.
  16. I used to spray paint over a cloth and newspaper on top of the washer & dryer, and the furnace and hot water heater were also in the laundry room. NOT any more!
  17. Lookin' good!
  18. Mustangs and Camaros ARE "pony cars."
  19. I can see why you're not happy with it Ron, so please send it to me as it would look GREAT on my shelf. Thanks! Nice lookin' "Bird" you've built.
  20. I put some hot tap water into a pot and put the can in the water for 6 or 7 minutes and then spray paint. It seems to work good as I've been doin' it for years and the paint flows smoothly.
  21. So join us next Friday at the Waterstone Bank in Oak Creek.
  22. I would check with "Mopar Mike" at Mike's Scale Speed Shop and he may be able to help you with your request.
  23. Welcome to the forum Mike.
