ok ive been laggin on my biulds, but ive been away workin so now ive got some time to get back on them. i got the stretch frame and single drive frame primered with a few small places that need some attention, and i got 2 coats of white on the single cab and im fixin to put the blue on it, do i need to wet sand before i clear coat or just wet sand the clear coat? thanks dennis -

you can find them on evilbay but they are still gonna cost you a bunch of money. anybody that is a biulder isnt gonna wanna give them up. lol and if you do find a glue bomb....... good luck lol!! like i said the 2 that im workin on right now were train wrecks, and the customizing im doing has got me putting alot of hours in them due to cracks and glue mess/meltdown. you can see them if you scroll through look for 4070 gluebombs. any way i can help ya out i will, i do have a few extra parts , so when you do get goin and ya need something just drop me a private mess or email and ill check see if i got what ya need. good luck on a great biuld dennis

hello leroy and welcome to the forum, you came to the right place if your biulding model semi trucks. and to answer the question about grain trailers, yes i have seen a few of them biult. the easiest way i think is to take a dry box van and cut it down, then make your hoops and tarp system for the top. good luck and keep us posted please dennis -

heres an update on the daycab, got 2 coats of gloss white on it. heres the sonic pearl blue that will cover just the grill top/bottom, the molding strip will stay white all the way down and around the cab. the white stripe is gonna be wide from bottom of door to the bottom of the round part of cab all the way to about 6" from the down angle of the front molding (holding the same angle)and maybe the top of cab. sorry for the bad photos, they takin with my scratched up phone as i dont know how to put pics on the computor yet, lol. -

lol ya know i feel the same way, however by the time we buy paint and all the lil extra goodies even a $30 truck cost ya almost $100 after its biult if you go extreme customs like tims and the other big modelers out there. ill probly be $100 into that double bunk im biulding, yigidy youch that hurts to say!! lol -

i see hobbylink dropped there price down now that myatomic is advertising them. atomic has them for $29 and the KW 123 for $30. lol i guess they were not gonna be undersold were they! thats good for us biulders -
