  1. Thanks Carl! Just finished painting the Vette Jet. Just need to add a couple Decals and I can apply the last coat of clear. Update Coming Soon...
  2. Hyper-Drive! I cut the end off of a B Wing Fighter part. This will fit behind the Bubble top and contain the Hyper-Drive Crystal. I painted it with Black Primer and glued a plastic Rhinestone in the end. After the glue dried I ground the bottom of the Rhinestone so that it was flush with the bottom of the B wing Part. Here it is glued in place with Silver Bands made from stripping tape. More Coming...
  3. Get A Grip! I found these Handle Bars in the MPC Pod Racer Kit. I painted them with Black Primer. I cut a little off the Handle Bars and glued them to the underside of the Dash. Almost ready for a Test Flight! More Coming...
  4. Dash Pod! I decided to add a Dashboard to the UFO. I found this one in the AMT Star Wars Pod Racer Kit. I used the Bubble Top for a guide to cut out the Dashboard. I positioned the Bubble Top in place and traced it. Here is the Cut Dashboard. I also cut the Square Rings off the Instrument Pod. Here it is Painted and glued in place. I also added Photo details to the Side Panels. Almost finished with the Interior. More Coming...
  5. Thanks Dave! Finally got the Vette Jet back on the Bench. Updates Coming Soon...
  6. UFO on a Stick! I used a Chop Stick with 2-Sided Tape to hold the UFO while painting. Here it is after a couple coats of Testors Glosscote. I found some Bumper Guards in the parts box. Looks like a good fit for the UFO! Front View. Here is the rear view with the X-Wing Engine in place. More Coming...
  7. Nailed It! Found these Roofing Nails in the garage. They are about an inch long with a 1/2 inch head. I glued the Nails to 3 of the Speeders Feel. Then I pressed the Feet down into the Base. It stays in place without glue and it still can be removed. More Coming...
  8. Looks Great! Real Nice Painting...
  9. Thank You Andy! So glad you are enjoying it. I hope to get back to finishing this one soon...
  10. Nice & Shiny! Here is the little UFO after I sprayed it with Filler/Primer. Next I sprayed Tamiya Camel Yellow, Bright Orange and Red on the Body. I found these Willys decals in the Decal Box. Perfect for the UFO. I will spray on a couple coats of Testors Glosscote next. This UFO would make a Great Triathlon Racer, Under Water, On the Water and in the Air! More Coming...
  11. Thanks for the Tip Mike! I will have to give it try that next time...
  12. More Power! The little Yellow Part at the bottom left in the photo is the Flying Sub's rear end. Don't need the Door and the "Jets" are too small. So I am going to add an engine from the AMT X-Wing Fighter. I think I will make some pipes with Plastic Tubing and Rod. I glued the Engine in place. Then I cut two lengths of Plastic Tubing and two Shorter lengths of Plastic Rod. I glued the Rods in the ends of the Tubing to make them easier to glue in place. I sprayed the New Rear End with Tamiya Silver Leaf. A Black Wash would look good about now! More Coming...
