Seats! After Sanding and Priming the Seats, I applied Tamiya Mica Red over Testors Diamond Silver, same as the Body. Then I painted the backs of the Seats Flat Black. Next I applied Silver Stripping Tape between the Red and Black. Then I brushed on a light coat of The Detailer, Black Wash. After the Wash dried I sprayed on some Testors Dullcote. More Coming...

Almost Finished!

Paint It Black! I hand painted most of the Interior with Vallejo's Flat Black. The unpainted areas will be covered by the Door Panels. The inner Front Grill area was also painted Black. More Coming...

Tribal Flames! These Flames are from the Revell '67 Chevelle Pro Street Kit. I also added a couple Slixx Decals including the "Dynamic Speed Center" Logo Decals. After the Decals dried I sprayed on a few coats of Testors Glosscote. More Coming...

Red and Silver! I finished sanding the Body so I gave it one last coat of Primer. Then I sprayed the whole Body with Testors Diamond Dust. Then I turned it over and sprayed the Bottom with Tamiya Mica Red. Here is the Top Side featuring the Diamond Dust without the Mica Red. Kind of looks like it's floating above the table... A quick Mock Up of the Engines in place! More Coming...

Six Engines! I sprayed the Engines with Tamiya Silver Leaf and the Cones with Model Masters Magnesium. Next I painted some Flat Black. Here are the Engines, ready for Detailing. More Coming...

Look Who's Here! After searching the Parts Box, Don seems like the perfect Driver for the UFO. The Don Garlits Figure came in one of his Dragster Kits. Here he is with a coat of Primer. I glued two small nails to Dons feet. This will make it easy to mount him on the Base. I found some great photos of Don on Google. I painted his Suit and Hair Black, Vallejo Flesh for the skin. I applied a Tan Colored Wash over the Flesh. Then I sprayed him with Glosscote and applied Decals. A coat of Dullcote was then applied. I met Don Garlitts when I was about 10 or 12 years old. He was always one of my favorites. More Coming...

Robot Arms! I glued the Robot Drone Arms in place. Here is the Side View. After this photo I weathered the Arms and replaced the Snow Speeder Harpoon Gun with a Camera. More Coming...

Rocks and Sand! I got the UFO Finished and mounted it in the Base. I didn't glue it in place, it's a tight fit without glue. Then I added loose rocks around the UFO so it looks like it's really in there. I can still remove it if I want to. Here is the other side. I also glued the AT Speeder in place. I decided to turn it around so the rear of the AT Speeder faces the UFO. I pushed the Feet into the Styrofoam base so that they appear to have weight and they are imbedded in the Sand a bit. I spread a little Sand around the Feet when I glued them in. The Sand covered all of the glue. More Coming...
