Great news on the 69' Chevy Nova. But, do we need another 57' Chevy? That horse has been beat to death for so many years. How about a 68' or 69' Dodge Coronet R/T?

Just wondering if the kits are the same. Any differences in parts? Is one better than the other?

I understand that the Barnabas Vampire van was released a couple of years ago in 2003. What did the boxart look like? Maybe someone on the board can post a pic of the the box art. I'm surprised that I missed that issue. I would have bought that one. Thank you. George Petrillo

Here is my 68' Dodge Coronet 440. Had it since 79'.

He is also doing the 66' Charger. It will be the Roger Lindamood Color Me Gone car.

Maybe someone can post a pic of that art from back in the day?

Down here, in South Florida we have Micheals Arts and Crafts. I checked there but no luck.

The taillights are chromed. Instead of just brushing turn signal red over the lense part I was thinking about triming and fitting clear red thin plastic instead. The clear plastic I was thinking about using are those that are used for file tabs that slide on. Anyone ever do this? Thanks. George Petrillo

Forgot to tell you. You can order the paint directly from Plastikote(Valspar). I had the problem not finding any retailers that carried Plastikote. I called up their customer service department and they told me I could order the paint right over the phone and they would ship it to me. You should try that.

Don't feel bad if you don't find it A lot of automotive parts stores in my area dropped the Plasticote line for the Duplicolor. I live in the South Florida area.

It's a nice change to just only to have to put the wheels on, etc.

I made these by foil casting the side marker light on the MPC 68' Coronet and then detailed them.

I'll try to go back tomorrow to get a sku #. There were only 2 there. Garlits front engine dragster and another dragster of which I forgot the name.

Was at Target today and saw the 1/24 scale dragsters from 1320. They were priced at $19.99. Lots of nice parts to do some kit bashing to make other dragsters and gassers.

I was on their websites and they have a lot of kits and aftermarket parts I would like to buy. Looking to buy from them. Thank you.

It's certainly not the end of the world. We still have this great hobby in which to continue to be active in. We'll still buy kits and there will be a lot of sources for these kits.

I read the news a little while on the Hobby Heaven site. It's amazing that business was giong for 20 years. That's a good track record. Definetly sad news.
