  1. Very nice! I like that color . Where did the wheels come from? I'm in the middle of building one too and I'd like to find different wheels for it.
  2. You might be critical of it but it's a very nice build and I would display it proudly if it was mine. It looks BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH good to me!!
  3. Don't be too critical of yourself. I would love to have that sitting on my shelf.Good job!!
  4. I'd list it on craigslist as parts and see what sells and then scrap the rest. I did that with a 96 corsica that the motor was bad and ended up selling the whole front clip for $500, driver side seatbelt assembly for $40 and the jack assembly for $50 and scrapped the rest for like $375. The junkyard was going to give me $450 for it whole so I think I did good. I made the people buying pull the parts they wanted too.
  5. Very nice!! looks like a nice place to twist open a few cold ones, listen to some good tunes and build some models!!!
  6. That looks killer with the green!
  7. How about posting some pics with the color suggestions?

  11. Haven't seen him around for a while. His auctions have stopped as well. I also hope everything is ok.
  12. Well, looks like I will be able to answer my own questions as my wife saw my post and just got back from getting me one. Love you sweetie!!
  13. I have been thinking about one as well. Anyone have some build pics of one? I'd like to have a look at the parts as they are going together. I looked in the big scale section and only saw one that was actually finished.
  14. Very Nice!! Where did that motor come from?
  15. Has anyone built the AMT 58 Impala as a pro street? Thinking about it but wondering about a chassis swap. Wondering if any pro street kits might get me close as my fab skills are still kinda basic at this point. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
  16. There were a few people who made that style wheel: Centerline Champ 500 American Racing gambler Cragar GT Prime 224 Centerline still makes them but in a large diameter http://centerlinewheels.com/wheels_detail.php?mw_id=35&sw_id=459
  17. Thank you for your answer Dave. It's very much appreciated!! I guess I need to take some advise from your post and see if I can start to do some measurements or drawings to help the process along a little better. Thank you!!
  18. Where are the intake, carbs and scoops from?
  19. INCREDIBLE!!!!
  20. How about a tutorial on your rust technique? It's very realistic and seems to be in perfect scale to my eyes.
  21. Man, your killing me with this one pic stuff. We need more pics!!
  22. Just curious but when you make something like that are you able to start and finish with the same one you started with or are there a few that end up in the trash before you are finally satisfied? I am always amazed at your builds. I have been building a little over a year and can see alot of progress with my scratch building and I have always wondered about the results of the more experienced builders. Hope the question isn't out of line.
  23. Looks like it would be quite a handful to drive! To me sometimes its not about being technically correct but about having a good time building. Looking forward to your next update!!
  24. Thanks for the new screen saver on my computer!!
