    62 Belair

Built this for the 2012 Lowrider tour community build. Done in my usual style. Tamiya paints Ts-14 gloss black body. Ts-49 bright red interior, overcoated with Mr Hobby Mr top coat flat clear. Lowered. Pegasus 1109 chrome dz's. Replaced kit supplied tail lights with craft rhine stones. More pics in the c.b topic thread
  3. Final pics of the Belair.
  4. Belair is finished, only a couple pics for now.As I want to get some better qaulity shots.
  5. Thanks Mike Lol , thanks James. scary ?? I most certainly have the Lowrider build bug at this moment in time.,Plan to do a least 3 or 4 more for this c.b. That Lowrider bike is cool as,like how you colour matched it to the Caprice.
  6. Belair 90% complete,will finish it tomorrow. .
  7. Excellent, like all the extra detail work. The chassis and engine is awesome.
  8. Thanks Niko, I got the idea/inspiration of doing a Chevelle as a Lowrider from G.Seeds. As for the colour, yep it will get the usual gloss black. Thanks for dropping by and commenting Zac. The Caprice is looking super nice James. Look foward to seeing what subject you choose for a bomb and watch it being built too.
  9. Good to see your progressing with your builds James and Mark. Im currently at a stand still on the Belair, im patiently waiting for a delivery of some flat clear which should be on my doorstep next week some time. All I have left is to do is finish the interior, all parts have been painted but some of the parts need a coat of the flat clear. Then Its just a matter of doing detail work and final assembly. So while im waiting I decided to get started on another build.Hope its ok to build more than 1 Mark. Lowriders are my interest lately so im liking this thread topic very much. Revell 65 Chevelle. After some modifications to the rear chassis and cutting the coils, the ride height was set. Rough mock up.
