  5. i have also just recently started to build models but i paint things like the engine on the tree then put it together then i touch up the paint where it needs it after i have it together, it works for me but i bet their is a better way cheers mat

  8. i cant build any thing stock, its just not me, with that said, customs are by far my favorite thing to build then old show cars (mainly roth) then hotrods cheers mat

  18. the interior turned out ok, nothing special goin on in thier so i didnt bother taking pics thanks again for the comments, i was nervous about asking what i should of done diffrent but you guys helped instead of just saying it looked bad cheers mat
  19. i wanted to dull the chrome, but didnt know how (im still learning) now i know, i didnt use bmf for the chrome trim, its just silver paint (im useing it for the first time on my latest model) thanks for for the help cheers mat
  20. looks good, i understand the bad camera situation, even with a bad camera it helps to get closer to what your trying to take a pic of, my camera isnt very good but i try to get close to it so hopefully you can see it better sorry if i rambled im just trying to help cheers mat p.s. it does look good!

  22. here is my first attempt at doing a patina paint job, i like it but i know i can improve on it let me know what you guys think (im not just lookin for praise, i like it of course but tell me how i can make it better) thanks for looking cheers mat p.s. i fixed the top radiator hose so it fits better and added the lower hose, i dont know how i missed it before, but i miss something on almost every model, ive come to expect it...
  23. thats the one model ive always wanted, i was supposed to get it when i was younger but the lady at the hobby shop sold it to someone else, i will have it one day, sorry to rant it looks great cheers mat
  24. 1...... just 1 if i get to more than one or two at a time i wont finish the one im working on, i would love to have a buch at once but i would end up with fifty half done models cheers. mat
  25. thats cool. it looks like something out of the 70s with the paint and side pipes, you need to build a custom van to go with it
