  1. I love that Roth dio. thanks for sharing!
  2. Current: johan 68 plymouth fury replica of a 67 fury I had next is Ed Roth's 56 ford shop truck. After that I don't know, I have a few in my stash but nothing I'm to motivated to build
  3. You gotta love a clean mopar! looks great.
  4. I just realised the same thing the other day. I just got a kit I have been wanting since I started building again and I'm forcing my self to take my time to get things just where I want them instead of just getting it done. For a while I was getting frustrated because my models were not coming out as good as I thought they should and almost stopped all together but I realised I should only be doing this for fun.
  5. Great job, it's perfect.
  6. Looks great! I love that green.
  7. I belive I'm a person that said they wanted one (to be honest I can't remeber) but I have been out of work of late so if I'm one of the guys you are talking about I'm sorry but its beyond my control right now.
  8. Looks great!
  9. My girlfriend and I went to the goodwill bins last weekend and a little girl about 7 or 8 reached into a bin pulled out a pair of fake teeth and shoved them right in her mouth, probably the grossest thing I have seen in a while. I have only found model airplanes at goodwill, never any cars but I check antique shops often and I have found quite a few kits for cheep, generally not any thing I really want to build but $5 for a kit, you can't go wrong
  10. The first model was a Huey hog helicopter when I was in second grade, as for car I think it was a convertible corvette stingray but I can't remember.
  11. I finally got some future and it its great!
  12. Don't all rat rods have a chevy engine?

  17. I have done 24 this year. I just started building again since I was a kid and when I got back into it I didn't know about all of the customizing you can do to a kit (spark plugs, flocking, bmf etc.) So now I'm taking alot more time on my projects and they are getting better with each build. cheers mat
  18. I have to say I like it for the most part, a few things are kinda odd but all of Roth's cars were a lil odd and that's what makes me like them so much. I'm really glad they didn't put some big ugly rims on it, I'm sick of seeing big billet rims on older cars, or any car for that matter, so they did a good job on that in my opinion. cheers mat
  19. That is great! you did a fantastic job. cheers mat
  20. Wow, I guess a misspelled name can offend some people, I'm sure I would of noticed it at some point, thanks for fixing it for me. cheers mat
  21. ohhh, I can't believe I misspelled it, I just looked at the box before I typed it, I think I was some where else. Or I could of went a different route and said; You are messin with my creativity mannnn. cheers mat
  22. Where do you see that? I had to go and grab the box to make sure I spelled it right, and I did. cheers mat
  23. The glue in the headlights is the testors canopy glue, it just didn't have time to dry all the way yet, with time it will look right. Thanks for the tip, that makes a bunch of sense. I have gone back and fixed a few things that I saw from the pics, I will try to get around to taking new pics. I can't remember the brand of flocking, next time I'm at the hobby shop I will look. thanks guys! cheers mat P.S. it's Mat with one T
  24. Hello again. I just finished this last night. I flocked the interior, and filled in the seam on the taillight surround. the color is tamyia racing blue which i polished and covered with future (It is much shiner in real life). After I took the pics I noticed that their is a gap at the grill. Right after I finished it I went to show it to my girlfriend and didn't realize I had some glue on my hand and I put a couple of glue smudges on the driver side:angry: I had a lot of fun with this kit even though I messed up on a few things. comments are always welcomed cheers mat
  25. Wow! That is amazing. great job! cheers mat
