  1. Jacobus that's one very sharp looking Ford truck. Looking forward to seeing your outside pictures.
  2. Thanks Brian it was bugging and just decided it had to be done what ever happen would happen I got lucky by using one of the first frame joints to make the cut again and went from there.
  3. After getting the exaust piping and stacks in place I was having to move the dump body further back and it was not looking right to me so I added another 1/2" to the frame. This is how it looks with the frame lengthen.
  4. Tom your on the home stretch now you have it looking sweet those decals are a nice touch.
  5. Aaron nice looking interior and frame.
  6. Thanks Rob and Jacobus. Worked on the exaust system today.
  7. Nice your cars in your picture should fit an the transporter with out any problem. I've loaded mine with 6 - 68. Big Mopars.
  8. Nick it a nice trailer what are your plans for it?
  9. Michael after the base primer drys I have not had any problems with finger prints. With the scratches it depends on how deep they are for light scratches just add more powder and buff.
  10. Tom your KW is coming along nice and looks good with the trailer and excavator
  11. Brian I like your visor it gives the truck a tough look
  12. Thanks Gator. I know your pain when I lived in the Philippines I never knew what was going to left in my care packages coming from the states. Thanks Dennis I just got the iron and steel and like the finish make. Thanks Brian. With all the rain and muddy sites around here lately I decided that I needed better drive tires on the dump truck. Here's my Double Take Replecia drive tires.
  13. Pat all I can say is WOW!! What a amazing shop.
  14. Matthew nice progress update. I know what your talking about with the black finger nail I've started using these Playtex disposable gloves when I'm spraying just peel them off after spraying and no more painted finger nails and they are at Krogers for a package of 30 for only a couple dollars.
  15. Looking great Jacobus your getting close to the finish line now.
  16. Matthew, wow I like your method of hanging the big long pices for spraying and drying. I'm going to remember it when I get around to building mine. I use a Grex air brush and have been very pleased with it. Looking forward to your next update with your trailer.
  17. Thanks Michael, yes I repainted the dump body gloss black and when the paint is dry to touch I apply the powder using a Q tip (soft cotton on a stick). The powder is Uschi at this site http://www.uschivdr.com/. It takes 3 weeks from the time I place my order to receive it over here I'm sure it sits in customs for 2 weeks. Uschi are in Germany may be close for you.
