Completed the interior and burned through the paint on the cab so it’s drying now.

Thanks Jim it’s going look right at home with my other dump trucks. Thanks JT to me the other dump body is to tall for this truck. Thanks Jeff, you know if I still lived in upstate NY I probably would add that plow for that white stuff but seeing that I’m here in the Houston area and we only see that white stuff once every couple years no plow plans for this one.

I’ve worked on the hood and front bumper plus I’ve got the interior done but no pictures of it yet. This one is coming together nicely for me. The only thing that’s going to hold me up is waiting for the rear tires from Moluminum that I ordered late.

I was able to finish the dump body today still need to work on the interior and the front parts of the truck.

Little more progress on the stack.

Today I worked on the fuel tanks and hydraulic tank plus the side rails on the dump body. Also modified the stack to fit under the dump body.

Thanks Helmut, yes the kit comes with 2 styles of white stripes. The other one is smaller than the one I used and also comes in blue.

Stephen I’m amazed at how much detail you add to these small scale trucks and turn them into awesome looking trucks. This one is following suit with the other ones you have done here. Looking forward to seeing you finish this one to.

Thanks James, now I just need to build a trailer for it Thanks Ken, I remember building this as a kid when it first came out and I remember trying to use the rubber cement and strip template. It bleed through so bad on me I ended up painting it all over one color. Lol.

Worked on the dump body today. Made some modifications on the part that goes over the cab by raising it up to clear the top of the cab and horn.

Thanks Dave. I’m going to add some black on the front and fenders to go along with my Fleet. Worked on the frame and wheels today.

Made some progress today was able to spray the cab yellow and started on the frame. I cut out 35 scale inches from the frame and fixed the front part of the dump body that was deformed. Started painting on the wheels and engine.
