  1. Thanks Carl I appreciate your support. Thanks Lee, it seems like my favorite one is always the new one I’m working on at the time but when I’m done it’s hard to determine which one is my favorite.
  2. Thanks Tommy I’ve been thinking about this build for a while now and it finally came to me how I could make it happen. Thanks Mark I will be keeping this post updated with my progress.
  3. Thanks Philippe Thanks Vincent Thanks Chris
  4. Thanks Jim I appreciate your comments Thanks Chris Thanks Jeff, Cypress is on the NW side of Houston and we got some good grass watering type rain showers and some wind but no damage. Plus Nick didn’t stall out over us like Harvey did. Thanks Warren I’m thinking maybe a Mack DM 600 steel nose would look good with the Montone dump body.
  5. Thanks Gareth just posted #602 Thanks Lee Thanks Tom,
  6. This is the AMT Haul Away car transporter that I’m going to modify to a tandem axle car transporter with the goal of being able to load 6 car’s on it versus the stock load of 5 cars. I’m adding about 55 scale inches to the trailer over all. So far I’ve started with one side cutting and spicing 2 trailer sides into one. Next will be to do the same with the other side.
  7. Thanks Dave Thanks Ken Thanks Tom. The maintenance guys have 2 Mack’s and a third one coming in the future. Lol. When TS Nicholas leaves here I will get some out side pictures.
  8. This is the AMT Autocar dump truck kit with the dump body from the ERTL International dump truck kit. Details on the build are in the WIP. This is number 6 for the Super Bee Trucking fleet.
  9. I’ve moved this one over to under glass now. Thanks for everyone’s comments I appreciate them.
  10. Tom nice progress and glad to see you working on this one.
  11. I like your details on the water tank Jeff. Looks like the angle iron is for a level gauge.
  12. Thanks Jeff, I cut out the bulge sections and then used the kit glass frame to push thin clear plastic into the corners.
  13. Thanks Jeff, I couldn’t live with the way the front glass looks with how they bulge out so reworked them to make them flat. Here’s the before and after pictures.
  14. Nice paint job Jeff. The paint beings out your extra details.
  15. Thanks for sharing your pictures and history on this truck and trailer.
  16. Worked on the interior with a light gray and green for colors trying to keep with the fleet colors.
  17. Jeff the exhaust stacks look fake. Did you notice them when you saw it.
  18. Warren looking forward to seeing you build this Brockway.
  19. Nice work on your 300C Jeff, I’m surprised to see you building a automobile. Great recovery on your hood repaint.
  20. Scott where’s the tire tracks behind it lol
  21. I added some reflective safety tape to the sides and tailgate and installed the lights. I figured out how to get the mud flaps to rotate when the dump body is lifted up.
  22. Pat it’s getting better with each update you post. Looking forward to seeing your next update.
  23. Excellent build Scott! Very clean build except for the dirt on the tires lol.
