  1. Mike, This is all looking great so far! The work you've done on the dash and engine cover and now the interior panels looks spot on. BTW, what paint are you using for the body?
  2. I just looked at what you said about these carbs that you painted. Did you send any parts to Chrome Tech in the past or is this the first time? I look forward to your thoughts on their plating. The engine looks great so far, but with actual machined aluminum valve covers it's going to look incredible!

Brett, The paint looks flawless! Great job!
  4. Frank, Excellent job on the intake and carbs. Are those the carbs you sent out for chrome plating?
  5. WOW, nice job! I always like the round taillights and marker lights on the 68 Chargers. I have to build one someday.
  6. Don suggested the Revell Firebird Pro Stock and gave me the e-mail address for Model King. The Firebird is 1/24 scale and will need more modifications to make fit. I'll probably get the Olds and the Firebird and even a 55 Chevy Sportsman since I'm not too sure.
  7. Dave, Thanks for posting that picture. Do you have a picture of the underside of the chassis? I want to see what the rear suspension looks like. I'm going to buy one of the re-issue kits from Model King so I would imagine it has the later wheels. Here are pictures of the Pro Mod Camaro body I'm getting. I believe it's based on the Revell 1/25 69 Camaro body.
  8. Does anyone have pictures of the Revell Oldsmobile Pro Stock kit's parts?
  9. Frank, Is the 1/25 Warren Johnson Olds Pro Stock Cutlass a better fit for the 69 Revell Camaro then the Reher Morrison or the newer Pontiac Firebird Pro Stocks? Mike.
  10. Frank, Beautiful Camaro! Is the chassis & cage from a Monogram Reher Morrison(or similar) kit? Do you have any more pictures you can post, especially the chassis with the body off? Mike.
  11. How about a 1/25 '69 Camaro body?
  12. Has anyone used a 1/25 scale body on a Revell/Monogram 1/24 Pro Stock chassis kit?
  13. Rickey, You did a great job on this build! What paint did you use for the interior?
  14. This is coming along real nice! Keep the pictures coming.
  15. I just found this thread. This Camaro is awesome. I have to pick one up.
  16. Any updates on this build?
  17. I was thinking of getting one from Modelhaus or Time Machine Resin that's based on the original MPC kit. However, now that this one is available from Missing Link, made from the Revell kit I think I'll reconsider it. The Revell 69 Charger is a great kit with much better detailing and the Missing Link 70 can also be built as an RT or base model.
  18. Jeff, Kevin's 70 Charger kit(based on the Revell 69 Charger) looks to be a great one to get. The Revell 69 Charger is an awesome kit to begin with. I bought the 69 Charger Automatic console/shifter/pedals from Kevin and they are among the best resin castings I've seen. Did you buy this one you posted the picture of? If so, have you started building it yet? Pictures? Mike.
  19. This is a great take on the General Lee! BTW, what color did you use to paint it?
  20. Beautiful General Lee! I never get tired of seeing General Lees.
  21. Mike, The work you are doing on the dash looks great! I like seeing builds of vans, they aren't done often enough.
  22. Hey, the Camaro is coming along great! I can't wait to see it finished. BTW, here are some pictures of my little helpers. Here is Harley helping with a Space Shuttle kit. Here are my little helpers, Harley & Max, in a box that a model was shipped in. My helpers lying around.
  23. Sweet Nova! I just came across this one.
  24. Beautiful work on the chassis! I can't wait to see paint on the body.
