Does anyone know how to tell if the Revell 69 Charger R/T Pro Modeler is the Re-issue kit? I found these 2 pictures, One has a white background behind 'Pro Modeler' and the other has a yellow background. What are the main differences between the Pro Modeler 69 Charger R/T and the kit Revell now sells?

I have a question about the Revell 69 Charger kit. Does it only come with a manual shifter/transmission combination?

Hey Romell, As you can see, I'm new here! I came across your 67 Chevelle build today and was instantly hooked. I spent the last few hours reading through and looking at all the great pictures you posted. I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said before, but you have incredible talent and should be proud of all the work you do. This build is an inspiration and beyond... BTW, I can't remember if you said it already, but is the shifter scratch built or an off the shelf part?

Re-issue or not , it's nice to have these old kits out again and not have to spend a lot on E-Bay for out of production kits. I have a few of the Round 2 Star Trek kits. Round 2 has made some changes on those and the decals are great and well worth the price of the kits. I haven't picked up any of the car kits yet from Round 2 so I'm not sure how the decals are.

For nostalgic reasons I 'might' pick up this Ghost of General Lee kit. Still it's the same old kit re-issued. I'm planning on building a Revell General Lee soon. Other then the wheels, decals & push bar the General Lee is just a 69 Charger. Does anyone know of where I can get some 1/25 General Lee decals?

Hey, I'm new here! I really enjoyed reading through this thread! I built a General Lee many years ago from the original MPC General Lee kit when it was first issue. I didn't paint it but later went back and painted the interior and some of the details. I always hated the flush rear window but at the time I was young and didn't attempt to change it. I was glad to see that Round 2 was re-issuing it with the correct inset rear window and stock interior bucket. I'm considering building one but now think building a Revell General Lee will be better. If anyone has pictures of the Revell 69 Charger built as the General Lee I would love to see them.
