Andy, they were made by an aftermarket company called Kelsey Hays. Mopar used them for a few months on cars but recalled ALL cars that left the factory with them for reasons unknown, here is a Daytona wearing a set.

While waiting on parts, I have spent some time adding detail to the body. I painted and detailed the battery and added the windshield washer bottle. To represent water in the bottle, I brushed some blue on the inside. The blue shows thru the white and gives the representation that the bottle is full. Enjoy!!
