I've got a update! Today I went a got my paint. The engine will wear custom valve covers. It is still in need of its air cleaner witch is taking a swim in the purple pond. In order for this engine to fit the engine mount on the passenger side had to be moved up. Here it is in it's new position. The body in primer. I had to do some sanding in these areas on both sides. Enjoy!

I saw a design in Scale Auto and decided to build a Phantom Hemi Challenger T/A. It will be a tribute to the big kuana and the wonderful place he has here. It will have a Hemi, a 727 tranny, and will contain several resin pieces. The paint of choice is Testors One-Coat Lacquer Purple-Lishiosh. Enjoy!

My thread with my builds. Pair of Pete's and Peerless Trailer

Here is my entry for highway's CBP project. Two Revell Pete's and one of AMT's Peerless trailers. One tractor will be a daycab, the other as is. The daycab's paint will be Tamyia TS-49 Bright Red. The trailer will also be Tamyia TS-49 Bright Red. The sleepercab truck's paint will be Tamyia TS-19 Metallic Blue. The custom decals I made for the these trucks. Thanks

I figure i'd go on ahead and start one since Revell is coming out with the new funny car kits Time period: December 31, 2010-Febuary 28, 2011 The Rules 1.The car's period must be from the 1960's and '70's. 2.It must be a car. NO drag trucks 3.The car can be a past build. 4.You can post your progress here or in it's own thread in the Drag Racing section of the fourm. On January the 1st, 2012 Me and Phil Harkins will pick three models that will go on the the finals section in Under Glass. From there the whole board will get to vote on one final winner.
