Well I thought this up for both Mopar, Ford AND Chevy fans. A Charger-Carmaro and Mustang build off. The model does not have to be box stock. Duration of Build Off March 17, 2011 to May 30, 2011 The Rules 1. The entry must be a Charger, Mustang or Camaro. 2. It does not heve to be OOB now you can have it box stock if you want. I thought I had parts for a 318 but I did not but I did have parts for a 383. I feed her MCM Premium Racing Fuel......You should try it. It comes all the way from the MCM gas station in Hawaii.

The Mini Charger body

I have had this kit in my stash since Christmas and decided to get it out and build it. I used the Hemi in another project so I dug around in my parts box and found the 383 Magnum air cleaner decal from a Revell Challenger, a PS pump and fan belt assembly from a RM '69 Charger, and the 383 parts from the RM '68 Dodge Dart. This is one of the Henderson & Clark race cars that the boys found and restored and sold for a '69 Charger Daytona. My paint will be Testor's Gloss Blue shot thru my friend's airbrush. I have removed the 426 Hemi logos on the sides of the body. Enjoy!

I guess everybody wants to fill in that pesky roof hatch and fix those wheel wells plus do all the sanding...........

You could put a peice of streyne behind the tubes and paint the styrene black to simulate guages. OR Just use these M.A.D Guages they come in a pack of three.

Would there be any intrest in a CORRECT '69 Hawaiian Funny Car Body? Vote in the pole.

Andy, put me down for a '67 Charger with a 318, white interior, and B5 Blue.

I have to go with MPC's '70 Charger box art. I like it because it's my favorite body style for the Charger.

I be glad to have everyone of those kits shipped to my front door.

I might be getting me a hobby room in the next coulple of weeks which mean that I will build me a big garage diorama. Now what I need to know is how to simulate grease guns, grease on engine blocks, tools, bare metal fenders w/bondo, etc. I know how to make benches and shelves I think SMBC makes some of that stuff. Thanks!

After a lot of elbow grease my Charger is finally done and is ready to head down the 1/25 scale turnpike. In my opinion, this is the best looking MPC Charger I have ever seen. I made the custom trim around the door scallops and the photoreductions. Enjoy!

My camera's battteries are dead so im going to just do a text update here. this will be the last update before it hits Under Glass. I have finished the interior and painted, detailed, cleared, filled, polished the body.

WHO-HOOOOOOO!!!! My parts from the Modelhaus came today! They are beautiful! The interior tub and seats are in paint. I did it! I wired my first distributer! A mockup of the stuff in place. I hate to tell you but I might have bitten of more than I can chew on this and will probably have to buy a resin body which means MORE waiting. Enjoy!
