I thought of this while working on some goodies for the interior of my Charger build. Get you a close match color or what ever color the floor mats are sheet of felt, cut to the appropiate size, and put in your model. This trick also works good for carpeting.

The engine is done. The battery has beed detailed with some decals. The rearend. I simulated the markings on the diff. cover. I have added a small Super Bee decal to the console armrest to simulate it was embriodered in the vinyl. The wheel backs have been painted. Enjoy!

A small update. The dash is done. The console is done using my woodgrain technique. The trimwork. I added custom trim around the door scallops. These will probablay be chrome. Enjoy!

I know I can't fill the front end yet 'cuz my parts HAVE NOT COME YET from Modelhaus!!!!!! I worked on the trim last night.

Im going to do a black interior with wood grain dash. I am also going to correct the taillights and add some trim. Yes i know its a bad kit. I had to deal with my aunt cause I dont have a credit card so she had to buy it for me. I wanted the real restorible one off of evilbay but she wanted the .99 cent on so had to go with that. I hpe my correct parts from the Modelhaus come tomarrow. Also I would like to thank evrybody on the dream model advise. Thanks

So I am finally building my dream model and hopefully one day in the future my real dream car. It will have a Edlebrock Engine Dress Up Kit witch includes a new air cleaner, cylinder heads, and intake manifold. I want it in Plum Crazy in real life with a black interior, so I will do the same here. I have a new grille, grille insert, interior tub, bucket seats, and steering wheel coming hopefully tomarrow in the mail. So I start with this, My paint is Testors One coat Laquer "Purple-Lisioush" The Tourqe Thrusts I will use, Engine work has started, My air cleaner I found in my parts box, The major body work. I have spent three weekends sanding, washing, priming, polishing, and filling. I probaly have a lot more to go on the front so thats why that is not primed yet. Sorry for the last blurry picture. I am real high when I hit a big problem in the build. I'll get real mad, (One time I got so mad at a build I threw the X-acto at the bed! ) go and calm down, then think about it. When I overcome the problem I inda throw a little mini party for myself.

My opinion..... Revell epesially when it comes to.....................................Dodge Charger's BUT AMT/Round2 has a lot more selection of kits that are good beginner kits. Simple and easy to build

When I mastered them they were a set of M/T Covers out of a old MPC '68 Charger my cousin had. I sanded of the M/T emblems and added the ribbing in place of the logos.

those kits are Revell of Germany kits. They may have new tires may not. IDK because those kits are way out of my budget. But the American kit do not have new tires.

It is the new kit 1:25 scale. The engine bay is the same color.
