  2. Yes, modeling is a patience thing for sure. My level of calmness could be summed up by my wife, when she asks. Why are you sitting in front of the TV, when it's not on? Maybe like Happy Gilmore, you need to put yourself in a happy place.
  3. Looking forward to seeing some new modeling friends. Hope to see ya there.
  4. OK guys, Were looking good heading towards the build & bull. 12 have planned on making this and I beleive still more will jump in on the fun. 6. Always happy to hear an excited modeler. I built a workbench out of 2 - 4'x8' sheets of plywood useing one for the top and one on the back that reaches 2' above the flat top. I made mine kitchen table height. A padded chair you will need. Wal-mart has see through storage bins with drawers. Buy a surge protector that has 4 plug-ins for dremels, heat guns. I like to have color choices on hand. I've probably got $2,000 in paint. 4'foot floresent over head lights. Best thing that works for you. You'll figure out the fine details as you go.
  7. '37 Ford Tudor body update on the Infini-T chassis Hope you guys approve
  8. Hey, this method also works for stock car racing. I've only heard one other driver mention it besides myself, Darrel Waltrip. He and myself agree that, a driver can hold his breath in corners which causes the body to panic. Remembering to breath is a big help. When I was going as hard as possible, I needed to be breathing like a runner. Yes, breathing is important for control
  9. I always beleived they molded kits in color for a reason. I'd like to see more kits molded in factory colors besides white. Thanks, and I'm glad you like it. Interior is the same paint as ext. Color is from ACE hardware. You have a wide color selection of oil enamels there. Which is the same type as testors enamels.

  21. Here's a question to the judge panel. The rules state that "Box Stock" is using only parts in the kit. Nothing is mentioned of chopping or channeling as it would still only have the "original" kit parts. Would that be correct? Thanks for your answers.
  22. I see. The kit version is newer than this red one.
