thanks for posting that link, thats almost the build I'm going for! Now that jeep is a great sleeper. On another note if your using modern tires you can make mud flaps to hide the width of tires, my plan anyway.

While the lambo and ferrari engine is a little unrealsitic, It has happened. Plus I was look for an excuse for a ferrari engine swap.

This is a cool start Tom, great engine choice and wheels.

I agree, the teens that live around here love to put $3000. Wheels on $500. Cars all the time. Didn't make any of theirs faster.

Thanks for the Bill, I will try it with out heat forming and see how that goes. Just checked the glass and it has bends on either corner and flat in the centre.

Just got my kit on the weekend, I have had to change what my build was going to be originally. The same idea, an old SUV with ferrari drive train. Instead of a scout 2 I will use the re-issue amt 72 blazer and a Ferrari 599 gto. I've been waiting for this for a while, but now I can start tonight.

Was wonder if any one has a repair fix for stressed windshields. I have bought three kits now and all had damaged windshields. This is the best one. I'm trying to heat form a new windshield but that not working out so well but i'm going to keep trying. Here i a photo of the stressed glass. Your opinion and suggestion are always welcome.

I love a rest mod car of any type, especially the classics. Something that can only be done in plastic. Great job on this kit, thank you for sharing it!
