How's this for resurrecting an old thread!
Great job on the Baron....I just picked up a 1/12th scale junker off of eBay....
The engine needs a lot of work, pretty simplified....but otherwise a nice kit!
Cheers, Ian
Hey all,
Just putting out feelers for modelers/hobby shops/clubs in the Ocala, Florida area..
I'm trying to make a lateral transfer within the company I work for. My application has already been approved, but I'm trying to nail down a firm date to make the move...
Just wondering if anyone has any info on the area...
Thanks...
Cheers, Ian
Cool stuff, for sure.
I actually found a guy who was scratchbuilding a 1/8th Boot Hill Express. I'm pretty sure that's the one I was thinking of..
I would love to see some of these old show rods in a big scale. Way cool!!
Cheers, Ian
Hey all,
Didn't someone make a large scale Outlaw or one of Ed Roth's show cars?
I thought I saw somewhere a kit of one of his rods in 1/16th or 1/12th scale...
Thanks,
Cheers, Ian
Hey all,
Just picked up a cheap Monogram 1/12th scale Ferrari Testarossa. Some assembly has been started, nothing I can't handle, tho
It looks like a decent kit, anyone have any build tips for this kit. I know looks can be deceiving...
Thanks,
Cheers, Ian
Skip,
Where do you get all this info? Its great.... I now have reference pics for when I rebuild mine...
I can hardly wait to see what Harry does with this beauty.......
BTW, I really like the two-tone dark blue/white Cabriolet..
Sweet!!!
I can relate to the clear tubing.. PITA .
I'm working on Tamiya's Ferrari 312B, and the tubing is so old, its pretty much useless. I've set the motor aside until I figure out what to do. .
Great work,
Cheers, Ian
