  1. Bill, OK, cool, thanks My MPC General Lee kit is a builtup, but its complete, so all I need is the correct grill PM inbound, Cheers, Ian
  2. Casey and Jacen, Thanks for the info guys. sometimes the '68, '69 Charger thing can get confusing Next question, where can I get a Charger 500 grill Cheers, Ian
  3. OK, I have this car that I would love to restore, but I don't know if I should.... It's an old 1970 Bonneville promo bank, no idea who made it, when it was produced, or what its worth. I don't care really, it's a Pontiac. It will make a nice companion to my Model King '70 Bonny ragtop. So the question I guess is, would I use a promo for a project? Like I answered above, sure would. This resto is going to be a project itself. Now I just have to figure out what color to paint it, and how to fill that slot Cheers, Ian
  4. Killer paint job! So let me get this straight....the MPC General Lee is actually a 1969 Charger 500 with the wrong grill.... So if I wanted to build a factory STOCK 1969 Charger, what would I need? Also, what do you guys mean by "filling in the rear window" for the Charger Daytona? Did they use just a smaller rear window, or was it eliminating the tunnelback on the '68? I'm a little confused on that one.... Cheers, Ian
  5. Yup, sure would. Unfortunately, a lot of the Pontiac promos I would like to have cost a fortune.... Cheers, Ian
  6. Wow amazing detail! Museum quality..... Cheers, Ian
  7. I hope this comes to fruition...I would love to have a few of those early Chevrolets....
  8. Hey, is this GB still going on?
  9. Cool! I would love to see one in 25th scale as well...I'd buy one Mike, leave it to you to bring up the B-Body Pointac thing For sure, a Grandville would be nice Cheers, Ian
  10. Wow, godd stuff! I see a few things I need to pick up....someday
  11. Sweet find! I have a few of those myself. Someday I'll actually finish one
  12. Bob, Love it! What kit did you use for the main body, and how did you get the roof to fit? Did you scratchbuild it? It looks like it was made to be a station wagon. How did you make the hood? Is it a resin copy of something? The Cuda parts are 1/24th scale, and they don't look out of scale with anything else. How did you work that on out? Looks good, Cheers, Ian
  13. Mik, if this is as good as your Cuda builds were, I can hardly wait to see it finished
  14. Everything I've ever received from Don and Carol has been awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I plan on picking up thieir resin Corvair convertible and 4-door resin kits some day. Great stuff Cheers, Ian

  19. Very nice job Fred, and welcome aboard! I've been toying witht the idea of building on of those as well...can it be built into a factory stock Charger? Brodie, I'm not far away from you, on the west end of the UP, any good hobby shops in Duluth? Cheers, Ian
  20. I'm glad they are not going out of business. Our hobby struggles enough as it is...
  21. Well put, George I was just going thru some of my half built, half painted kits this morning. I just got my modeling desk set up in my new place, and I'm already getting the urge. There are so many I need to finish.......
