  1. Love glue bombs!! I use this stuff called Glue Zapper. It smells like fuel oil, and it works great. You can get it from a company called DMC, in Hammond, Louisiana. They don't have a website that I know of, but I guess you can call them to order it. (504)543-7976 HTH, Cheers, Ian
  2. Allen, Is the hood from the kit, or aftermarket?
  3. Cool!!
  4. Mike, I purchased the '63 Grand Prix from Arrowhead a while ago, and I'm still waiting. Not a problem, tho, because I've been contacted by them informing me they are busy. I plan on buying more stuff from them down the road. I want to do a '62 GP as well. What I'm really hoping is that he will redo his '64 molds and repop the '64 GP. I want to do my parents '64 Grand Prix. I already have the paint, I just need to find a set of hubcaps for it. My parents GP didn't have 8 lug rims... Cheers, Ian
  5. This is awesome stuff!!! Could'nt you use the Polar Lights Lost in Space Chariot for the chassis/tracks? Just sayin'

    My '71 Cuda

    Nice, clean build
  7. Sweet!!
  8. Nick, I just picked that same kit up today. Where did you get your rims?
  9. I would love to pick up a GP conversion. I have two Catalinas and would love to convert one. How do I get one of those? Cheers, Ian
  10. VERY NICE, Mike! Now how about that Grandville?
  11. I remember the Army/Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) used to run "Roach Coaches" around a lot of the bigger air bases I used to frequent back in the day. They had the best burgers.... Cheers, Ian
  12. Hey all, Just a quick question... I understand Keith Marks makes all kind of different Mopar decals, but where can you get them? I want to see what he has in the way of Cuda/Challenger decals Cheers, Ian
  13. Sweet!
  14. Chuck, When you do that, make sure you take lots of pics. I would love to see how that is done
  15. Yeah, it actually has a detailed firewall. Wiper motor, separate battery, and even a clear washer bottle, go figure Now, why couldn't these little details be in the other Challenger/Cuda releases?
  16. Yeah, I think the Challenger is 2" longer or something like that. I was talking about the side exit exhaust. I've always liked that. Interesting, I'm learning a lot about Mopars hanging around here
  17. Well, that would explain the Challenger style exhaust. The suspension systems are almost identical. I could probably interchage parts from the Challenger T/A kit and the AAR Cuda. This glue bomb I have came with a Dodge viper motor, wheels, and tires. I've been debating whether to do a resto mod or go back to stock configuration. I'd have to dig up the correct stock motor for the AAR. 340? So I put the Challenger rear taillight panel in the parts box and go with the Cuda one. If I can get a hold of a camera, I'll try and get some pics in. Thanks for the info Cheers, Ian
  18. OK, I understand that the AAR Cuda was purpose built for the All Amercian Racing series, but what is the deal with all the Challenger characteristics? I picked up a glue bomb AAR, and it came with two rear taillight panels, a standard '70 Cuda panel, and a Challenger panel, and they both fit I've done a little research online, but it doesn't really explain much. I want to rebuild it, but not I'm sure which way to go I'm hoping someone can shed a little light on my confusion Cheers, Ian
  19. Chris, Nice haul! I love glue bombs. That's how I get kits that I want that I normally can't afford. If its too bad, I part it out, if not, I rebuild it. Rebuild the truck! Do it justice and save it! Cheers, Ian
  20. Beautiful! Its on my wish list
  21. Rust is cool! Put in my vote!
  22. You tell 'em Harry! They are all models! I would be all for a seperate section for diecast MODELS, because. like Chris mentioned, it would help browsing a specific item. I happen to have quite a few 1/18th scale diecast cars in my collection of models. I also enjoy "how-to" articles on how to improve die cast models to make them more accurate.. In a lot of cases, its the only way to get a certain vehicle into your collection..i.e my 1/18th Tucker Torpedo Cheers, Ian
