  3. Hey all, I heard that there was a new resin '70 Marauder kit out there, but I can't seem to find much info about it.. Is it true, and if so, where do I get one........ Cheers, Ian
  4. Cool, Love the weathering! this baby is going to look the part. I use Easy Off as well to strip paint and chrome and I almost never have trouble, but, like you, I have run into issues with Round 2 chrome trees. I think it might be the coating they put on the parts before chroming. Just have to leave it soak longer... Cheers, Ian
  5. Sweet! Did the Pepsi reisssue come with a chrome tree? Cheers, Ian
  6. Hey all, Quick question, Round 2 just reissued the old Ford C-600 truck with Pepsi markings, I have the old NAPA version and that one didn't have a chrome tree... I was just wondering if 1) Does the new reissue have a chrome tree? 2) if so, where can I get one? I'd like to add some pizzaz to my NAPA version... Thanks, Cheers, Ian
  7. Skip or Harry, I actually have one of the Bandai kits. It's a really nice kit, and I will gladly take a copy of the english instructions for either one of you Thanks, Cheers, Ian
  8. Cool!
  9. Aurora, huh? Well, that explains lack of detail Anything out there to spruce this dinosaur up without about 100 hours of scratchbuilding?
  10. Hey all, Well I got another one that I need help with. Not sure what it is, or who made it, but this car is as basic as it gets....The only thing I could find was 1963 stamped on the rear underside. It looks like a Stutz, but I also thought it looks like a Mercier Runabout I've seen in Lindberg boxes on eBay...No detail whatsoever.... Definately not in the same league as Harry's Mercier
  11. Anyone know where I can get parts for the Cafe racer? Does anyone make aftermarket stuff for old bikes like that? Cheers, Ian
  12. Sweet ride Harry!
  13. Bill, Thanks for the help. I can tell by the pics you posted, that the Triumph bike is missing some parts. I think the Harley is pretty much intact The third bike is definately not Tamiya. According to some info I got over on ARC, its an old Revell 1/8th Honda race bike. Nice kit but very old and missing parts Cheers, Ian
  14. Hey all, Got a couple of more bikes to identify...need some help... first one, no idea what this is or who made it 2nd one, not sure, Harley maybe? and... 3rd one, no idea, Cafe Racer? Already started to disassemble this one. Chrome was worn off.. and.. and overall of the parts.. These are big bike kits. Any help would be appreciated.... Cheers, Ian
