  1. That is a super build, Tyrone! I love everything about it...
  2. Your headers are amazing, Chris. You deserve a standing ovation for the time and effort you've put into them. Way to go, bud!
  3. Beautiful... Great progress, Jeff!
  4. Amazing work, Jeff... I'm mesmerized by your body work and "vision" of how they should look to be proportionally correct while keeping enough factory appearance to maintain their identity.
  5. Thanks the comments and encouragement, guys.
  6. Fair enough, Michael. Any wheels I do will be all resin and they'll all probably be of the 70s-80s type vintage, so nothing to worry about on that end...
  7. Don't see where it came through. E-mail me at scott@futurattraction.com
  8. I think if you just hover over my user name, you can send me a message.

  10. Super-detail multi-media strut front end kit that consists of resin strut body/spindles, snubbers, and 4-piston calipers, PE rotors, caliper mounting brackets, mounting hardware, spring retainers, adjusting rings and steering arms; custom springs, .SS shafts and alignment pins. Still working on assembly instructions. Holley Dominator carbs w/extra details and separate boosters. See 351C pic above Non-Fairmont pieces include: Resin 2x3 rectangular frame rail for a “back half” chassis, includes styrene cross members PE Pro Mod 4-link set, with .050” SS link tubes (rough cut)
  11. I wanted to let DirtModeler and others know that I’m working on a number of drag-oriented parts and/or packages that are available. I don’t have tons of stuff made up ahead, but hopefully enough to make a start. Several are multi-media, with an emphasis on PE, resin and SS. At this point, everything is 1/25th scale. Most pieces were developed to supplement my Fairmont pro stock body and floor pan and are geared toward late-70s to early 80s vintage pro stock, though there are some modern pieces. I must confess this a more than a bit unnerving announcing to the world that I’ve got stuff available. I was never in the Boyscouts, but was still raised to “be prepared.” Of course it’s tough to know how to plan for demand, especially niche parts like much of my stuff. For the moment, feel free to contact me off the forum. I'll get prices, etc., to you then. I’m working on my website, but I’m not quite ready to “go public” yet. Packages include: 351C pro stock engine w/Lenco trans (current engine doesn't include motor plate). Pic was for mockup purposes. PE Lenco lever/link tube set (pictured on my revised Lenco trans) PE 4-link set, w/.050” SS link tubes (rough cut). These are also designed to fit the Revell Pro Sportsman kit chassis/rear end. Mockup pic of my Fairmont… Narrowed/braced OEM-style 9-inch Ford (6 pcs) that accommodates the above 4-link. It can be purchased housing only (6 pcs), or with PE caliper brackets and rotors, and resin calipers. Pic is completely outfitted rear end More to come...
  12. That is some awesome work you're doing, Bart. I absolutely love the firewall detail. All of your tubework looks perfect. Wow!
  13. Your 32 is looking great, Lars. You should be very proud of it! Your workmanship is excellent...
  14. I'll second what Chris just said. I'm working with Jim to develop a set of 1/25th scale old-school "crowned" Cragar SuperTrick (front and rear) masters and 14x32 slick. He's been great to work with.
  15. I was in Boone, IA last summer (2010) and stopped in a hobby shop that had tons of new and old kits. I can't promise what's there now, but here's the info: Boone Hobbies 804 Story Street, Boone, IA (515) 432-2361 () I hope it works out for you to stop!
  16. Wow, another one started already. I'll be followng along..., as usual! I'm really curious to see what you're planning to do to put wedge into it and "debulk" the lower portion of the body.
  17. Dave, I'm working on a B&M Quarterstick-style PE shift lever with separate housing/cover and resin interior. The lever can be positioned anywhere within the range of the housing slot. I'm also working on some other drag pieces I'll try to share pics of soon. Scott
  18. Beautiful work, Jeff. Everytime I see any of your body threads and I see your pics, it makes me smile...
  19. Lookin' very cool, Tyrone! I always look forward to seeing your build progress pics!
  20. That's slooking great, Jeff...
  21. The work you do is amazing, Jeff. I'm mesmerized by the vision you have for transforming a stock, ho-hum-looking body into an automotive drag racing work of art...
  22. Rickard, I've got a couple questions for you regarding your mold and resin. It looks like you've got a single injection point in the center of the roof, with vents at each end. Assuming I'm correct in that observation, do you have any particular trouble with trapping air anywhere? My second question: what brand of resin did you use to cast your bodies and what kind of cure time is it? Thanks... Scott
  23. Me too, Jeff. I was hoping this would show up again before too long. The work you're doing is magnificent.
  24. Your Chevy II P/M was a fantastic project and this Vette is following in it's footsteps. The thing is, this is even cooler because of your custom body master. It looks out of this world so far, Rickard!
