  1. I think figures are the focus point of a model or a diorama. I don't like models or dioramas where glossy painted figures with no details are show. Some very good car modellers destroy an excellent build model with a figure that looks so poor. In that case it is better to display only the model. This figure was one of miy first. In my club are also figure painters. They teach my a lot about figure painting . It is a class of its own.
  2. Since I had posted my aluminium rims for my Revell chopper here a picture of it. Here some more pictures http://public.fotki.com/carsntrucks4you/mo...vdison/chopper/

  6. Hi, this is one of my current projects. I saw this car in an older Rod&Kulture issue. I want to build a replica of this old drag car. I started with a junker, an IMC Ford Coupe, that I had bought several years ago. Here the first pictures 0.118 " lifed front axle, 0.118" lowered rear axle At the left Olds engine with Ford transmission, right the kit engine Roll bar Drilled frame

Wethering was done with various techniques. More pictures here http://public.fotki.com/carsntrucks4you/mo...ma/hanomag_k55/
  9. Here my '48 Ford Coupe. It is a resin kit from RMoM. Engine from 396 SS ElCamino with alumium valve covers. These are laser marked with my own forty eight script. Rims are 23" Pegasus with MAS Sombrero insert. Sorry for the dust on the model I forgot to clean it. I made these pictures during a hobby show in Cologne/Germany
  10. Gregg & Jarius, As far as I know the 1941 Lincoln from Monogram has a V12 flathead engine. Do you know if there are any aftermarket parts for this engine. I'm thinking about valve covers, intakes etc. Thanks
  11. Hi, Here some pictures of my Lassen Project Unimog 401S. The model was build in 2000/2001 as a entry for the B'ham Classic in 2001. This kit from Lassen is the best ever produced truck model. The Buessing and Krupp from Revell/Germany are similar, but not the best! A short description of the model under construction http://www.carsntrucks4you.de/english/unimog.htm and of finished model http://www.carsntrucks4you.de/english/mode...53Unimog401.htm can be found here More pictures here http://public.fotki.com/carsntrucks4you/mo...ds/unimog_401s/ Enjoy
