  1. I know I use all sorts of sanders and die grinder or even the bench grinder to shape parts or body panels.Just have to be careful not to melt the plastic too much.
  2. Do any of you use tools from your shop to reshape your model kits like grinder and such?

  4. Hi there just adding my 2 cents here .So you can also make longer leaf spring shackles or add spacers to leaf spring mounts front and rear something else you should do is lengthen the drive shafts too.

  8. Hey guys a good tubing bending way is to use heat from a burning candle it works awosome.
  9. Hi there just thought I'd give you some advice here .If you cut the fenders in half with a saw or sorts and add some flat styrene pieces between the 2 halfs of the fender you'll get the width your wanting plus use some filler to do the finishing touches.Hope that helps.

  25. As me here I'm more into building models based on real vehicles its way more of a challenge to get all the detail correct.That is my point of view.
